    That's great bubbs. 14.5 syns is perfect. I love chips with Chinese and Indian so a good idea to make syn free ones for yourself although your DH could have them too. More mse? 🤔 You probably won't see a loss this week, just see off some of last week's naughtiness. 😁

    He won't have BNS ones though and i thought speed :smile: yes not expecting a loss, although with what we had for meals apart from the 2 ice creams that's all we had , as when we got back to the apartment i made a ham soft pitta for tea/supper as it was quite late, i also had a load of fruit

    Chicken chop suey is only 9 1/2 syns, actually chicken and cashew nuts is 14 syns, beef and mushrooms is 8 1/2, i like that, may have that 🤔

    I had beef and mushrooms, BNS chips 8 1/2 syns, dh reckons i will be hungry later, i don't think i will by the time i have had fruit and ice cream, after that still have hexb and 5 1/2 syns left if i need it :smile:
