Me too! DH only cooks weekend breakfasts usually but of course over the last week or so he's had to do most of the cooking; don't know how much longer he's going to have to do the chopping for but having to press down with a knife is still really painful so can't see it being any time soon.
He eats whatever I've put on the plan but he'll have a sandwich, some biscuits or crackers if he feels peckish on top of the meals! We both eat far more now since starting SW then we ever did before!
DH didn't comment about the shepherds pie other than did you add some gravy browning to the mince, LOL! Just said it could have done with a bit less as it was very dark!

Chatting over lunch, I mentioned that we'd had chilli last night and that, although it was veggie, I used beef stock for flavour. DH looked surprised as I don't think he realised there was no meat in it.😁
My DH eats biscuits and cakes. I'm never tempted. If I'm peckish I'd rather have a slice of ham or a tomato.1 -

Ooh! Never had Hendricks with cucumber, what was it like? I usually just have the usual lemon or lime slice. The only thing I've ever had cucumber in is Pimms!
I quite like a biscuit or 2 now and again but I don't eat them regularly, they're always in the cupboard but I only buy the Lotus Biscoff ones in the packs of 2 so I don't get tempted to eat loads! DH on the other hand can easily eat a whole packet of custard creams and I'm definitely not tempted by those!

Hendrick's is infused with gin and rose so the cucumber enhances it. I like it for a change. 😋0

Will have to give that a try. I've got a Fever Tree G&T Tasting Selection which my friend gave me as I'm the only person she knows that drinks gin, LOL and there's a miniature of Hendricks in there so would be good to try. My favourite gin is Tanquery although I quite happy to drink Gordons most of the time!
I'll have to offload the Fever Tree tonics somewhere, no idea where though as don't know anyone who likes it! Doesn't seem like anyone on here likes it either!

Morning all, Haven't tried Edinburgh gin beanie so can't compare but I'm sure I'd like it! Thought your favourite was raspberry gin?
Up early again this morning - the pain in my shoulder and upper arm is still causing me to wake up throughout the night. It probably doesn't help that it's the side I usually sleep on and I think I'm probably rolling over on to that side during the night which is making it worse. Heat on it seems to help so I've been using a wheat pack from time to time.
Need to go shopping later as didn't do our usual top up shop on Tuesday the list is quite long! Need to go to a few different shops as like certain things from certain shops!
Today's plan:
B - baked oats; mixed frozen fruit; yoghurt - P; S; F
L - roast pork salad - P; S; F (pork LO from a dinner a while back and frozen)
D - keema curry; rice - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - oats
Syns - none planned but still have 15 available if I want some!
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all. The only fevertree tonic I like is the Mediterranean one as it goes quite well with my blood orange gin but other than that I'm not that keen. Not that I drink a great deal anyway 😏
These antibiotics are really knocking me out, so glad I only have 2 more days to go. I did manage to get an upper body workout done last night though but then fell asleep on the sofa after my shower 😆 Had usual ff yogurt with strawberries this morning, lunch will be a BLT wrap and dinner is some chicken biriyani I think (it was an unlabelled box in the freezer and I can't think of what else it could be...we'll soon find out!).
