    Well done on getting a loss milann. It's all in the right direction. 😁

    I portioned up the Bolognese and worked out I had 1700g of Bolognese for the 500g of mince. So, although some was stock, the rest is all Speed which makes for a very SW (and mse) friendly meal.

    We've just got back from an hour's walk. Great to get some fresh air and Body Magic. 😊

    I'm absolutely stumped as to why you've put on a pound bubbs. You're meals (as always) look right on plan. Are you able to contact your consultant? 🤔

    Me too!  It's not even as though you have loads of carbs which seems to be a lot of people's downfall!  Looking at my plan today I've had carbs every meal, even if porridge oats are HEB!

    The only thing I can suggest is that you avoid the large number of syns for your picky tea at the weekend and spread them throughout the week at bit more!  Maybe you need to mix things up a bit more as your meals are a bit on the repetitive side when you think it's always KFC on Fridays; picky tea on Saturday; roast on Sunday etc;

    Do you ever have spicy food or fish for example?  They are both supposed to be good for weight loss.

    No idea what else to suggest.  Perhaps as maman says you could contact your consultant for advice - maybe send in a food diary for a week for her to have a look at as it's been a long time since you've actually been to a group?

    Yes i could contact her but don;t want too.
    Its been nearly a year since group :(
    I don't eat fish often as it simply does not fill me up!
    TBH, no about picky tea as that's like me treat although in syns, as i enjoy it and the only meal i have on my knee. What do you suggest i eat then? kfc is chicken, we have curry once a week and most people have a roast Sunday it's an on plan meal?
    Maybe i sound defensive but really don;t know what else to have when i don't eat fish/rice/pasta? and i am well and truly f***** off!!

    Can well understand you being f***ed off!  We're just trying to give you some ideas of why the weight may have stopped coming off - really don't mean to sound as though we don't understand how frustrating it can be!  I know I've been pretty p***ed off with STS for I don't know how many weeks!  Have you checked the website for ideas within the Features for slimming with diabetes?  There maybe some meals you could have that you don't currently do.

    I didn't mean to imply what you were eating was wrong but that maybe you need to mix things up a bit more, sorry if it came across differently!

    I have looked on the diabetes bit and the things it suggests what i don't eat is lentils, pulses and beans,  there are reasons for not eating these , ie don't like them as a meal, i don't mind the odd few beans but sorry a plate full of that but that is not for me :(
