It's amazing that you can make that super pudding with only syns for the meringue bubbs. I'm feeling really full after our delicious pork roast but you do have quite a long break between courses, don't you? 🤔

Morning all!  I may have just had breakfast, but you're making me hungry with your desert pics bubbs.  Again, like everyone else, not quite sure what to suggest food wise, just keep plodding I guess   Sorry to hear about the dog issues TIE, hope you have a smooth week and make it to half term quickly!

Scales are starting to move again and have lost 1.2lbs this week.  Forgot to set my alarm for this morning after having Friday off work so didn't get up in time to do a workout, but will get it done this evening.  I've had a craving for strawberries most of last week and I managed to actually find some really appetising looking ones in the supermarket yesterday.  Had a couple with some blueberries, ff greek yogurt and mini chocolate weetabix for breakfast this morning.  I also made some sweet potato falafel yesterday so will have a couple of those with a big salad for lunch.  Dinner is going to be a stir fry and noodles as DH wanted something light after staying up to watch the Super Bowl and eating a lot of snacks.

Hope everyone is staying safe and has a good day.

Morning all.  LOL bubbs about the veg!  I think we've all done it from time to time - I quite often miss the colander when I'm draining the veg and just scoop it up, it's really fiddly picking up peas though, LOL!

It's snowing again this morning, on top of the ice from last night.  There's also a bit of snow being blown around by the wind!  Definitely not going outside the door today!

    Having a Green day today:

B - breakfast hash - potatoes, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes all chopped up and fried off and topped with eggs - P; S; F
L - Welsh rarebit - cheese, egg, mustard powder, Hendersons Relish, bread - HEA; HEB; P; F
    D - Veg curry from freezer; rice - P; S; F
    S - Ryvita; HM hummus - HEB2; 1

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB1 - bread
    HEB2 - Ryvita?
Syns - Tbs HM hummus 1

Going to keep low syn as far as possible in the hope of shifting a bit of weight this week; absolutely fed up of hovering around top end!  I've only had 60.5 syns so far this week so only just over where I should be @15 a day so if I can keep low syn until Wednesday with a bit of luck I might manage to shift a bit!

Be careful anyone that has to go out today especially those who are anywhere there is snow and ice.

Well done on getting a loss ruby. Great start to the week. 😊

Good that you had things prepared for your early lunch bubbs. I'd be surprised if your erratic meals in recent months have been the problem but it can't do any harm to eat regularly.

I might just scrape in on 105 syns this week denise although there's always a bit of guesswork with HM meals. You've done really well to have so many left on a Monday. 😊

I've got some YS salmon in chilli sauce for tonight. It has some syns in it but will make a change from plain.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, baked beans (F), fried egg, bacon (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- cold pork (P), 1 potato (F), fried veg and pickles (S)
D- baked salmon (P), SW chips (F), cauli steak, carrot chips, green stuff, mushrooms (S)
    Syns- chilli sauce marinade 1.5

snacks - banana, 2 crackers 4 syns lemon curd 2 syns. 1 daim bar sweet 1 syn

aaargh! just typed a long post and it's disappeared.
Can't be bothered to type it all again but the short version is:  Saturday's food was off so we had drive thru Mcd's.  Nipped into Lidl and got 2 chickens for 20p and 70p, 5 salmon fillets for 70p and 600g of chopped chicken breast for 70p, so dinner was rubbish, but shopping was ace!

Lots of snow here today, and my car is currently stuck on the driveway and will need OH to get it back out again for me as the wheels are just spinning on the snow/ice.  Meant to be about minus 6 here tonight, so no chance of it thawing either.

    Plan today:
    B - porridge/water/milk/skinny syrup. HEB & HEA1
L - HM tomato soup (the best I've made yet!)
snack - SF jelly (0.5) peach slices (they were in water, not juice or syrup- syns anyone?) 0% nat yogurt
D - LO turkey crown out of the freezer, HM roasties, SW yorkies (3), broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peas, gravy (3)

One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home
