Really can't see anything wrong there bubbs. Do you use skimmed or semi skimmed milk? Do you actually measure it? If you're using skimmed I think you'd be OK but if you're using SS there is one day where you might have gone over 250ml but that really depends on how much you have in your tea! I use about 50ml in a cup of tea so quite often go over as I don't actually measure it.
Only other thing I can think of is that you're not actually having enough syns! It's only really tonight's tea where you're using syns! My consultant often used to say you need to use your syns because that's what they're there for.
Perhaps try having a minimum of 5 syns every day - you'd still be able to have your picky tea on Saturday night if you did that as you'd still be well within syns.

I can't see anything there that's not accounted for bubbs. I know you have the occasional syn during the week but hardly any. I reckon you have 40+ syns going spare! What's odd is that like many of us you've always saved syns for the weekend and we know it works because we got to target that way. Denise tried having syns on a more daily basis and I don't think it was particularly more successful than saving them. I'm perplexed and I don't think it can be about exercise as you're always on the go even if it's in the car. I wonder if you tried to copy the way you used to eat when you were working whether that would help. So then you'd have preplanned lunches and breakfasts to eat when you were out and about. Just keep plodding. It has to come right in the end. 😊
I thought it was a bit unusual having a roast beef dinner on a Saturday denise. It's hard to remember what day it is at the moment! 🤣
I think I'm likely to go over syns this week. We're having dauphinoise potatoes tonight as they were in the freezer and I wanted to use them up. I think they're at least 5 syns for the crème fraiche and then most of the cheese as a HEA. Next week is likely to be the same as we're going to have a proper lasagne with HM cheese sauce. I think it's best to have them now while I don't have to go to WI. I know I could cut back on other syns to accommodate them but I don't want to!😉 We're missing out on enough at the moment without being deprived.😁 It's only one meal and I'll be back on plan, as normal, tomorrow.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA1 milk
L- veggie omelette (P,S), ham (P) pickles (S)
D- gammon steak (P), dauphinoise potatoes with HEA2 cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, green stuff (S)
Syns- dauphinoise 5?, weekend wine😉0 -
Denise, but you get 2 hexa anyway.but no don't measure my milk never have 😂 but do only have a little drop in each cup, might measure just to see
Also i save syns for gravy and sauces i have, although i only usually have sauce today with picky tea

Evening all, sorry not been about but am exhausted 🥺
I have been covering a class with another TA but mostly teaching as she was doing zoom meetings ( she is normal TA for class so know the children). I have also been covering another class during lunch! ‘Sometimes’ get my own lunch but only 5 minutes or so 🥺. Been doing that for two weeks, covering class again next week but class teacher will be working from home doing the meetings and home learning (been quite poorly not COVID related though.) Lunch cover was for COVID though, she better be back as I can’t carry on without a break 😴.
Things not great at home sleep wise, pup gets us up (hubby mon to fri, me weekend) at 4am and is getting worse not better. Think he’s more damaged than we thought. Looking a right mess at the moment as won’t let us groom him, yelps and gets really stressed. Not sure how to help him, it’s getting us down too 🥺. Roll on next Friday #halfterm 🎉
Oh and WI was STS 😤
How the forecasted snow misses us 🤞🏻Stay safe all 💞Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I can’t see anything that would do much damage weight wise either Bubbs. This morning they were talking about mixing things up and trying different things....but you do that anyway.
I did zoom this morning and was pleased and surprised to have lost 1/2 lb. I’m 5 weeks into my countdown though and with my yoyoing am exactly the same as when I started. Need to sort myself out 😏
Today
breakfast - bacon and egg on heb bread
dinner - pork, teaspoon of apple sauce 1/2 syn, teaspoon of stuffing 1/2 syn low fat spread 1 syn, 2 slices Morrison’s wholemeal bread 7 syns
Tea - jacket potato, hm spag Bol with mushrooms, onions and tomatoes in. Mixed salad hea cheese
Snacks - banana, satsuma and snicker bar 5 syns
Body magic - 60 minutes walk over the day.January spends - £587.581 -
Morning all. You are so right maman about not knowing what day of the week it is! It was bad enough just being retired but it's even worse now we're hardly allowed out! I also changed my shopping day this week so that I don't have to go out while the weather is bad! Hopefully I've got everything I want but if not I've got plenty of other stuff so can change meals if necessary. The most likely thing that I might not have enough of is yoghurt for my overnight oats and/or baked oats so easy enough to find another breakfast, even if it's only cereal or porridge on it's own with a bit of frozen fruit!
DH smoked a piece of pork loin to make bacon overnight so think we'll probably have a slice of that along with everything else for breakfast! It definitely smells very smoky, just hope it's all smell rather than taste as not keen on very smoky bacon.
TIE - that's awful that you've been having to cover at lunchtime as well as classes with only a 5 minute break. I think you'll find that it is actually illegal. Why can't someone else cover the lunchtime period so you can have a proper break? You'll be ill yourself if you carry on like that. Well done on the STS - it's not easy when you can't eat properly and when you do it's rushed.
Today's plan:
B - fry up - bacon, sausages, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F; 2
L - chicken salad sandwich - HEB; P; S; 0.5
D - roast beef dinner (as posted yesterday 🤣) - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - sausages 2; LTL mayo instead of butter 0.5
Have a good day and keep safe everyone
PS - We've got snow but fortunately it had been raining all night so isn't settling, apart from on the garden and pots. Anyone else got snow?
