Do you have anything with the flavoured quark milann or just on it's own? I've got lemon curd in the cupboard (made by DD1s chef partner) with huge lumps of lemon in it! It's lovely but very sharp so only need a little!

It was just plain quark. Id made lemon curd for a cake I’d made for ds birthday last week. I tried a teaspoon of curd to 2 teaspoons of quark....it was lovely lemony and creamy. I intended buying mini meringues but forgot to get them. A squirt of squirt cream would be good too 😋 there is a recipe on the sw ap with filo pastry, lemon curd and quark.January spends - £587.582

That's really weird bubbs. I wouldn't be concerned about having on Speed with your tea, after all you eat loads of fruit as well!
Maybe you should cut the fruit back a bit and increase the veg, ie get most of your Speed from veg to see if that might help. I don't eat a lot of fruit most weeks it's just oranges, although I eat grapes quite regularly but of course they're not Speed. I do occasionally buy melon but no very often. I eat more fruit in the summer when there are nice tasting fresh berries around! I never think they taste to good at this time of year.
Hopefully something might happen over the next week and you'll suddenly have a good loss, 🤞. Good luck.

That's a lot of chips for you bubbs. 🤣
I always average my Speed across a day. I rarely have any at breakfast time and more like a half at lunch and dinner. I don't eat much fruit except some on porridge and then it's mainly banana although we have been having raspberries lately. I bought some frozen ones to try yesterday rather than mixed berries.
Pleased to say the corned beef was very lean when I opened it. 😊2 -
I've often found that with full fat corned beef too maman; just need to cut the fat off the corners usually! I always keep it in the fridge so it firms up nicely to make it easier to do.
I keep forgetting to put corned beef on my shopping list so haven't got it on the menu plan this month! Will have to try to remember towards the end of the month when I do my March plan!
I'm not keen on the mixed berries as they seem to be quite sour sometimes. I usually buy the breakfast topper from Tesco which is chopped nice and small and is great for overnight oats or to have on the plate with baked oats. I've even been known to have them for pudding with some FF Greek Yoghurt!

Denise i did cut fruit down last week and didn't make a jot of difference, i ate less then half i normally do! I don;t like raw veg like carrots etc and can't fit anymore on my plate normally 😂😂
I noted my drinks to make sure i was having enough, few days i had hexb where as it's not often i do, will see what happens next week.
