Morning all,
My meal plan is very much the same as yesterday to be honest. I'm walking (in the rain) tonight with a friend so will be later in so think im going to go for the salad tuna BP effort from last night i thoroughly enjoyed it. curry can wait until over the weekend1 -
Well done sary on the loss - it's in the right direction and you'll get to where you want to be eventually.
Enjoy your walk tonight, hopefully it won't be raining too hard; I don't mind walking when it's not too much but really uncomfortable when it heavy.
Surprisingly I got all my washing, apart from a pair of jeans, dry on the line yesterday! I really expected to have to hang it on the airer overnight to finish it off!
Have someone coming this afternoon to top up the stuffing on our sofa as the guy that came a couple of weeks ago to do one of chairs didn't have enough to do the sofa as well unfortunately. The sofa has hardly been sat on - we only got it about a year ago and what with the lockdowns and our DDs only coming down once or twice in the summer when we were allowed and we mainly sat in the garden so I doubt the sofa's been sat on more than 3 or 4 times!
I think I must have miscalculated my syns last week as when I weighed this morning I've put on 1.5lb so now out of target by 0.5lb but maybe it's water retention again and I'll be back in target tomorrow! I'll weigh again in the morning (if I remember) and see how things stand. Looks like I need to be a bit more careful with counting my syns this week!
Today's plan:
B - overnight oats - HEB; S; F
L - hash brown pizza - P; S; F
D - chicken and cannelloni bean casserole - P; S; F
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - oats
Syns - none planned
Have a good day and keep safe.

1 off for me this week, was a bit disappointed, but then realised that I had gone through a packet of biscuits which had gone out of date, so could not be passed to food bank and I wasn't going to bin!A smile costs little but creates much2

Here they are before they went in the oven,
Syn free, 1 hexa for each one

thanks @joedenise
i enjoy walking but like you say its not fun when its heavy, we live quite rural so i prefer the wet to the snow and ice as not all the roads and routes are gritted which limits where we can go safely after dark2 -
Now cooked

We're close to the beach klew but it tends to be a bit muddy in places as it's definitely not a sandy beach - lots of pebbles & stones and the muddy sandy stuff - the area is mainly clay so that's probably what causes the mud.
Well done GTQ. A lb is a good loss, certainly not to be disappointed about.
The lasagnes look good bubbs.
Just getting the tomato sauce cooked ready for the pizza bases - the hash brown bases are ready to go in the oven once it's heated up enough and then will just need topping. I'm making separate ones so we get a whole one each, although they're not very big, probably about 7" but will be plenty along with a bit of salad. And all for just HEA (the recipe actually only uses 10g of cheddar but I'm going to use mozzarella on it using the full 50g! I like to taste the cheese!

Morning all! Well done on the losses sary and GTQ. Hope the work situation starts getting better soon sary. My manager pulled me back from redeployment last night so I'm back to working at home and trying to catch up on all the things I haven't been able to get to in the last week. Think his final straw was being told that I needed to deliver a training session to the team I've been working with - I don't need to be redeployed to do that
Feeling so much better today and looking forward to being able to go for a walk after work later.
Breakfast today was some porridge with raspberries, lunch is going to be some veggie soup from the freezer and dinner will be a jacket potato with beans and cheese probably.

Well done on getting a loss gtq. 😁 It's always a dilemma when there's synful food that needs eating up. I hate wasting anything so try to only buy in SW friendly things.
Let's see how you get on tomorrow with another WI denise. It's not like you to miscalculate syns. 🤔
Good news at last on the job front ruby. That should help you avoid any stress eating. 😉
I use a lot of Parmesan to get cheesy taste denise. I mix it with Primula or add it to omelettes. Those lasagnes look very appetising bubbs. I've not made any for ages (probably more than10 years!). I decided to cut out cheese almost completely when I started SW as I like it too much. Now we can have 2 x HEAs I'm starting to rethink. My DH loves it so I might make lasagne on Valentine's Day! I've been trying to think of something different/special to have. I can afford to go over syns a bit now that we know we definitely won't be back in groups before March 8th (probably much later).
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, banana, skinny syrup (F), HEB porridge, HEA1 milk, red berries (S)
L- LO hash and veg (P,S,F) and maybe an egg with it (P)
d- SW Bolognese (P,S), tagliatelle (F), HEA2 Parmesan
It's so much milder here today and the sun's even come out. I should go out for a walk. 🤔2 -
I don't think parmesan/primula light mix would really work on top of a pizza! Would be a bit awkward spreading it on top of the veggies, LOL! I really like mozzarella on the top although sometimes just use an Extra Mature Cheddar grated finely.
I think I know where the missing syns were! I forgot to add on the syns from last night which actually took me up to 106.5 so not really far over, certainly not to have taken my weight up by as much; still I'll see what tomorrow brings as I'm having a Syn Free day today!
