When I went to open the corned beef I realised it was low fat after all! I did wonder why I had a small tin. I can occasionally get them in Sainsburys or rare trips to Morrison's. So, result! 2 syns saved and not as close to the wire as I thought. 😉😊1

I did manage to get courgette seeds maman but only yellow ones! couldn't get hold of any green ones but will definitely be looking soon. I also want to do some Rainbow Chard this year as absolutely love it and haven't grown it for a few years. I'm also going to be looking for some Hunters bean seeds as apparently they grow to 12" long without being stringy! That's got to be a good thing, hasn't it? Beans quite often get stringy quite quickly. Not sure what else I'm going to grow this year as haven't got a lot of growing room but there are several things I can grow in pots. Definitely going to grown more butternut squash this year - only managed to get 5 decent sized ones this year which is actually not very good on the 2 plans I had.
Tesco's usually have the low fat corned beef so might be worth a visit next time you're near one maman. I always keep my corned beef in the fridge.

Evening all
Well.........i had to go boots so i weighed.....i am seriously hoping there scales are wrong. I was well peeded off , according to them i am waayyyyyyyyyy out of target, but my clothes would be tight and i feel thin!
I only ever eat what i post on here but going to be really assertive this week and will weigh again next week and see
Today i had overnight couscous (40g) but then because i knew i was going to be put at lunch time, i had 3 boiled eggs and a pear, tonight i had stuffed BNS, i thought i would eat it all as not had much today but i didn't

That doesn't seem right bubbs if all you've had is what you post on here! Unless of course your picky tea was higher syn than you thought! You certainly don't seem to have loads of syns on other days.
I know where all my excess syns come from but as you don't drink that's not your problem!
The only thing you can do is see what the Boots scales say next week and that will at least show whether your weight is going up or down or just staying the same - it's all relative.

The only thing i don;t always post is fruit and ice cream, but that's all it is and made with greek ff yog. No I wouldn't either! That's why I'm not planning on letting the new consultant my weight until end of February having sent my weight to the old one on her last week!

Scales can vary so much bubbs. My local Boots gives quite a close reading to SW but my GP's scales make me about 5lbs heavier. Clothes are a good benchmark though. Denise is right that you should see a change week on week unless you're maintaining. 🤔0

it going to list my meals and tomorrow will be back on it. I have a MrT delivery tomorrow night so I can get better variety of meals again.I do find that if life is unsettled it can scupper me, but making a concerted effort to not allow my rubbish work situation to do so if I can help it.At least the weather is mild again and the snow has goneOne day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

I find that planning my meals helps give days a structure at the moment. It's one of the few things I have control over. 😁2
