Wow! 17 syns saved on the pizza ! I'd call that a NSV. 🤣1

What have you changed the pizza from and which one now? That's a huge difference! Like maman said a NSV!
Definitely very cold this morning and we're forecast snow for later but hopefully won't settle but really depends on how heavy it is when it arrives! Don't think we'll be going out for a walk today - it was cold enough yesterday when we went out!
Today's plan:
B - fry up with sausages - P; S; F; 2
L - leek and barley soup - P; S; F
D - roast chicken dinner - P; S
S - Ryvita & Primula Light topped with cucumber (HEA; HEB; S - if needed!)
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - Primula Light?
HEB - Ryvita?
Syns - sausages 2; weekend wine 15 (just to finish the bottle so may not be as many as that, just depends whether DH decides to share what's left!)

We woke up to snow but it's disappearing fast. It was pretty while it lasted though. 😊
I must have been distracted by the football yesterday when prepping dinner as we had far too much stir fry so I have some left. I'll fry up some extra mushrooms and other bits to go with it and that should be enough for my lunch. I have the Bolognese to portion up for the freezer too so probably keep a small serving back to have with a JP some time.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), bacon, fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- LO stir fry (S,F as I don't think there's any chicken in it! )
D- beef in 'red wine' (P,S), SW roast potatoes (F), carrots, swede, red cabbage, cauli, broccoli, cabbage, kale
Syns- cornflour 1, weekend wine😋1 -

Morning all .............sorry afternoon
Denise because Aldi stopped selling it over Xmas when they reduced the freezers down for Xmas stuff and to be honest DH always had to run to the loo the last couple of times we had it , so whether they changed something in it i don;t know but since we have changed he is okSo we now have it from Morrisons, it's only ...i say only 201/2 syns for 1/2
We have LOADS of snow 😖 looks pretty but that's about it, no good for driving , hopefully will be gone before he morning but they are saying it's going to freeze, i have to go uphill as soon as i come out the drive 🙄
I have had sausage and mushroom egg wraps
We have roast pork for dinner , carrots, mashed swede, cauli, brussles and a yorkie and gravy 😋😋Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0 -

Afternoon all,
Lazy morning in bed for us watching TV and just chatting, drinking coffee and putting the world to rights.
We woke up to a very heavy frost, and it's been light snowing on/off, but is now snowing more steadily. I've just put some stale bread out for the birdies, and topped up the bird bath with some water that's not (yet) frozen.
Plan today
B - banana
L - bacon sandwich HEB + (6)
D - Chicken - yet again! with something. I'm thinking maybe a stir fry, with rice/noodles. Will allow 4 syns for sauce just in case.
HEA1 - milk in drinks
I've got a shopping delivery due next Weds (pay day) but chicken is about the only thing I have plenty of in the freezer. Doesn't bother OH so much, but I get pretty bored. I may have a 'green' day tomorrow if I can find spuds big enough for jackets. Will work out a plan. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Thanks bubbs for the explanation. But lower syn is always good.
I was the opposite to you maman could have done with cooking more stir fry veg so we only just about had enough - think we could both have eaten more. The sauce on it was nice too - it was just soy sauce, red wine vinegar & sweet chilli plus a bit of stock.
Think we've missed out on the snow - we've had a bit of sleety stuff around lunchtime but that's about it so far. It's forecast for some light snow tonight but we'll see.
sary if you find you haven't got any proper jacket potatoes just cook 2-3 smaller potatoes instead - they'll taste just as good (and won't take as long to cook either so you'll save on the gas or electric, very MSE!). We're having jackets for lunch tomorrow.
