Glad you enjoyed the KFC jax. I've yet to meet anyone who doesn't. It really confirms that SW is definitely not a 'diet'. 😋

    Morning all.

Glad you enjoyed the KFC jax - join the club!  We don't have it every week but more like once a fortnight as we always used to have fish of Fridays so now we alternate them.  Yesterday was battered fish and chips with peas.  The fish was lovely but the batter was very disappointing - will just do plain fish or perhaps breaded fish in future, particularly when it's such a nice piece of cod!

Went over syns yesterday as opened wine instead of having the planned rum & ginger beer and always end up having more syns so need to pull back some syns over the next few days!

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up with sausages - P; S; F; 2
    L - burger & onions in bun - HEB; S; 0.5
    D - prawn & vegetable stirfry with noodles - P; S; F; 0.5

    HEA - milk
    HEB - wholemeal bun
Syns - 2 low fat sausages 2; low fat burger 0.5; sweet chilli sauce 0.5

Have a good day and keep safe everyone.

I always think it's a shame to spoil decent fish denise, especially cod as it has such a delicate taste compared with smoked fish. I'm quite happy just baking fish in foil.

Our match (which we won!! 😁❤⚽) was an early kick off so I'm ahead of myself today. While I was listening, I put Bolognese in the SC as we ate the last portion this week. Then I prepped everything for dinner so that's sorted too.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk, raspberries (S)
    L- veggie omelette (S,P), ham (P), beetroot (S)
D- chicken stir fry (P,S) with noodles (F)
Syns- honey for sauce 2.5, weekend wine 😋

I usually just bake fish in foil but sometimes we just want something a bit different!  I think next time we have fish it'll probably be salmon as I've got loads in the freezer!

Well done TIE, that's brilliant especially after chocolate fudge cake.  Belated birthday greetings to your boy.

No bubbs yet today!  Missing her photos!

I don't think bubbs has ever posted photos of picky tea! She'd have us drooling! 🤣

I really like salmon and DH has quite recently started to enjoy it too. Bonus! He still doesn't like smoked salmon but that's OK. More for me. 😋

    Evening,
Bit of a chilly one here so spent most of the day in the warm watching Netflix.
We had KFC last night too, but OH bought home chippie chips instead of spuds for chips :  So let's just say all my day's syns went out the window there.  Nice as they were to eat, they have not been welcomed by my insides! It's amazing how you get used to eating better food, and suffice to say it's been purged and regretted.

    Today's plan:
    B - bacon sandwich HEB, ketchup (2)
L - HM soup;  banana, SF jelly & muller yogurt (1)
D - steak, sausage (6), potatoes, carrots, beans, carrots, peas, gravy (3)
    Milk in drinks - HEA1

One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home
