I'd happily lose a pound tie. Good for you. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
They're taking advantage at work. Say it's unsafe because it is.โ˜น๏ธ

As you'd expectย bubbs,ย celeriac tastes very strongly of celery. I mixed the mash with some potato to tone it down a bit. I like remoulade tooย denise.ย It reminds me of the superb buffets on Brittany Ferries. ๐Ÿ˜‹

... and the buffet starters in French restaurants as part of menu de jour - can't wait to get back to that but suspect it's not going to happen before the 3rd quarter of this year if we're lucky but more likely next year!

I'm pleased to say mine rose like that tooย bubbs! ย So it was definitely because I was using the silicon pan rather than my old metal one. ย Very nice it was too. ย I only had one but I will probably have another one later cold with some jam! ย I ended up getting 6 yorkies out of the 50g flour so just 1.5 syns each which is better than I was expecting! ย DH is going to have to eat the other 4 though! ย 2's enough for me, LOL!

    Evening all,
Well done on the lb loss GTQ.

Lovely bright sunshiny day here too - it was nice to have the light all day.ย  A pottering, tidying, cleaning kind of day for me.ย  We had the turkey crown for dinner, and I think I enjoyed it more today than on Christmas Day.ย  Bit of a haywire food day up until dinner in part due to being so busy, and getting up late.

Brunch - 2 slices of WM toast HEB, butter (3), jam (2)
snack - muller light yogurt (1)
Dinner - Roast turkey, SW roasties, carrots, pease, cauliflower, sw yorkies x 2 (3), gravy (3)

I think we will have cold turkey for picky style dinner tomorrow night, then more for another meal in the week as another roast style meal, and I think if I can eek it out and not be too greedy with it I can have some to put in the freezer for a meal another time.ย ย
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

Morning all, a staythesame week, disappointed cos I was well behaved but it is also star week and I do feel like I have lost weight especially the bit between my boobs and my bellybutton sorry if thatโ€™s TMI lol. I feel flatter!

So another good week will be had although a bag of giant buttons was demolished yesterday. Whoops.

    B: Fruit and fibre milk

    L: chicken chasseur

    D : Sausage casserole leftovers

    ย

Got an easy walk in before work and Iโ€™m going to do a longer one tonight as it is milder here today which is fabulous cos the weather is meant to start turning colder from tomorrow unfortunately

Morning all, not a very nice day here although it is a dry one but very grey and cloudy with a bit of breeze. ย Would probably be a good drying day if I had any washing to do!

Star week can often be a problem with weight lossย klew. ย It'll catch up next week if you stick with it. ย Certainly a NSV to feel as though you have a flatter body even if there wasn't a weight loss to go with it!

Sary glad you enjoyed your roast turkey yesterday. ย Turkey crowns tend to go quite a long way don't they?

The roast beef was lovely yesterday, it was only a small joint so only enough for yesterday and for one more meal which we'll have tomorrow.

Today is going to be a Green day:

    B - baked oats; mixed fruit; Greek yoghurt; skinny syrup - HEB1; S; P; F
    L - jacket potato; beans; salad - F; S
    D - rice & vegetable stuffed peppers topped which cheese; salad - HEA2; P; S; F
    S - Ryvita; Primula Light - HEB2; 2

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB1 - porridge oats
    HEB2 - Ryvita
    Syns - Primula Light 2

Have a good day and keep safe.

Morning all.ย  Well done on the losses - I on the other hand ended up putting a few pounds on as I literally couldn't stop eating on Saturday.ย  I know that if I eat rubbish I feel rubbish and the lack of exercise and getting outside has taken it's toll.ย  So this really is me drawing a line and getting back into a proper routine.ย  Was up at 5am to do some exercise and managed to log on to work just before 7am!ย  Early start means an early finish and I can then go for a walk outside in the sunshine before settling in for the evening.ย ย

Breakfast was a smoothie which I know technically isn't allowed but it had half a HEB of oats, a banana, handful of frozen raspberries, 1/2 HEA of almond milk and some ice.ย  So basically what I would have on my porridge with half the oats and some added ice.ย  Lunch is going to be vegetable soup with some leftover gammon and vegetable sticks and dinner is a sausage and red cabbage tray bake with some mashed potatoes.

Hope everyone has a good day.
