Good to see you eating fish bubbs. Do you make your own sauce? 🤔

    Evening Plodders,

    Well jax great loss!
WI for me this morning and it's 1lb off for me.  At the weekend it showed another couple of lbs off too, but they clearly liked me too much to stay away long   Hope to say a firm goodbye to them next week.... I've packed their (unpacking mine) saddlebags in readiness.

It's Tuesday, so that's usually sausage day for us, and not going to disappoint with today's plan:
B - porridge HEB, milk from HEA1, water & skinny syrup
    L - turkey sandwich (6) with cucumber; 0% mango yogurt (1)
    snacks - apple & banana
    D - LF sausages (6), mash & beans, gravy (2)
That's a full house of syns used up today, but I've felt hungry, and I'm conjuring meals from what I have in readiness for a delivery booked in about 8 days time, and as I'm trying to be really strict with my budgeting too, I've got to make meals on plan with what I have until then.  There's still plenty here so will just have to get a plan together.  I do think I may have to buy some potatoes before the delivery though, as I've got through quite a few, and only a handful left.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

Well done Jax and sary.  Always good to get a loss.

Good luck with sticking to plan sary whilst using up what you've got in stock.

I spent a while this afternoon peeling and chopping loads of stew veg and made up 6 bags to put in the freezer ready to use when we have casseroles and stews, or could even cook up and blitz for a root veg soup.  Will be using the first bag tomorrow.

That's a much better idea than buying the bags made up in the supermarket denise, and you get to choose what you put in. Very useful if you run short of Speed anytime too. 😊

Had a bit of a disaster last night, headache on and off all day, got home took the dog out and got soaked, well the bits my waterproof coat didn’t cover.

So that combined with the headache I didn’t much feel like cooking the bolog so in the end I turned to a pasta sauce lurking in the cupboard thrown in the oven with onions, sweetcorn, bacon and dried pasta with a cheesy top.

Totally not slimming world but the small amount I ate along with the freddo served a purpose. Not the end of the world but I have slimming guilt if that’s a thing. There is leftovers which I am going to have with a salad tonight.

Investigations show there are 23.5 sins in the jar!! But actually there is four portions so its around 6 sins a portion so all is not completely lost and my chicken chasseur at lunch I just have in a bowl with no carbs is full of speed and free foods no sins.
