bubbs you are not alone!  I always think about what I'm going to have when we eat out!  Even at home we have to be thinking about what we'll be eating the next day - just in case we need to get anything out of the freezer!!!  Enjoy your Chinese.

Looks to be a nice day so the bedding is in the washing machine and DH will be hanging it out on the line - I still can't lift my arms without pain in my shoulder but as the forecast isn't very good over the next few days decided it was best to get it done.

My DD1 is coming over sometime over the weekend but don't know whether it's today or tomorrow as she wasn't sure when I spoke to her what she was doing when!  Good job we've got no plans for going out, LOL!

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - LF sausages; egg; mushrooms; beans; tomatoes - P; S; F; 2
L - melt in the middle fishcake; fried up LO tinned potatoes; LO tinned peas - P; F; 2
    D - ox cheek jerk stew; rice 'n' peas - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
HEB - Crispbead and HM hummus; cucumber slices - will have as evening snack if needed
Syns - LF sausages 2; fishcake 2; couple of rum & ginger 5

    Have a good day everyone.

Oh dear bubbs.  Really don't know what's going on.  Did your consultant have any ideas?

Maybe having a week off plan whilst on holiday will mean that once you're back on it the weight will eventually come off.  Sometimes I think our bodies get so used to us eating the SW way they need a bit of a shake up.

DH ended up having to put our bedding in the tumble dryer as it started raining just as he was about to go and hang it on the line; so annoying but it is what it is.  We know the weather is very changeable at the moment so it's guesswork as to when is the best time to do the washing - but unfortunately today wasn't a good day!

Grrrr to the gain  bubbs! It's not massive but infuriating all the same. Forget about it until you get back from Yorkshire. 😊

We've had drizzle this morning but it's about to dry up, according to the forecast,  so I'll put the bedding in the WM and hope for the best!

I always try to find out the menu in advance when I'm eating out. It helps me make better choices when I get there. I'd definitely want to do that with a Chinese because I'd have to look up the likely syns and decide what was worth using them for. I try to take meat/fish out of the freezer the night before as well .I think it's better than using the microwave although sometimes needs must.

I'm going to have a sort out of my freezers later. I'm usually pretty good at keeping the inventory up to date but I think I've missed a few things. I quite like doing it as it makes me feel more organised and in control.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, skinny syrup, banana (F) , HEB porridge, HEA milk, strawberries (S)
    L- JP (F), tuna (P), beetroot, tomatoes (S)
D- Sweet and Sour chicken (P,S), brown rice and chips (F)
    Syns- mayo 1, Sauce 1.5, weekend wine😋

Yes she said she thinks it's because i have all that and probably gain a couple, than am fighting all week to lose what i have put on 🤔 She said i know you have always done it but are bodies change, she used to do it after weigh in with KFC and bottle of red 😂 and the same happened to her.

I said well you will be pleased to know we are not having it this week 😁 we are having chinese and i have picked mine and its 14 1/2 syns, on the app, BUT i did have a handful of chips so counting 20, well that's 48 less than normal 🤣

Last week i had 85 1/2 syns all week, she has took my sheet(s) and if there is anthing wrong will message me.

    She is so lovely.

I always defrost my meat, well apart from mince i don't unless i am frying it

Your consultant sounds very down to earth bubbs. Her attitude is realistic as I'm sure we're not the only ones to tweak the recommended daily syns to fit real life. It'll be really interesting to see what happens when you get back on plan after your holiday.

I'm sure I've got used to having syns right up to the limit. It seems to keep my weight stable but always hovering around the top of range. I have to go to WI this week but I'll just deal with it when I know where I am. It might take a while if I have to lose as I'm planning on eating out over the next few weeks.

The forecast worked out well here denise. Although the washing didn't go out until after lunch, I just brought it in all dry. 😁
