Bought some of those cheese in the middle fishcakes this morning as needed to go to Morries to get bread.  DH also picked up the smoked haddock ones and they're 9 syns each!  He'll be eating those and I'll eat the salmon, smoked cod and haddock ones at 2 syns - no idea why there is such a difference in syns though.  So one of each have gone in the freezer for another day and we'll have one each tomorrow for lunch with probably some fried up new potatoes and peas (have half a tin left from holiday to use up).

Hope your WI tomorrow goes well bubbs; really don't understand why you aren't losing - it just doesn't make sense.

Probably best to just enjoy yourself on holiday bubbs and then get back into it when you get back. I'll be interested to see if changing picky tea makes a difference.  I know you want to get back to target but we've had very little fun in the past year or more so you must enjoy your holiday. where are you going?

I, too, have bought some fishcakes from Morrisons denise. Even better, they were on offer at 2 for £4 instead of £2.50 each . Thanks for the heads up on cooking from frozen ruby. The instructions seem to vary from brand to brand. It's OK to defrost  if I've planned to have them but good to know for days when I need a quick meal. They're on the menu plan for this week. I agree that one each is plenty by the time I add in veg and chips.

Ouch to the gain denise but it just has to be that fudge and perhaps some inactivity. You'll feel good when it goes. 😉

What a good idea to roast all the LO veg from the week klew. I love roasted veg. It makes for a good pasta salad too.

We're not having KFC tonight!! 😁 Yesterday I did cod in the end and used up lots of bits of veg that I had to go with it. So tonight is the Bolognese planned for yesterday.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, baked beans (F), bacon, egg (P), HEB toast HEA1 milk
    L- beef stew (P,F,S)
    D- SW Bolognese (P,S), spaghetti (F), HEA2 Parmesan
    Syns- weekend wine😋

Others, like denise said, even from Morrison's are much higher syns.

I hope you have a great time bubbs. I know Harrogate and Scarborough and Whitby but that's about it. Oh and Ripon. They have a lovely pub there called the One Eyed Rat! 🐀 Oh and York itself. Maybe I've spent more time in Yorkshire than I thought. 🤔
