Morning all,
Had a nice walk with the pooch this morning before work, first morning this week it hasn’t been raining so was nice to get out. Last night I was sorting through trousers, and get rid of ones that don’t fit anymore. Might do a little ebay with some of them the rest will go in the charity bin.
B – crunchy nut ss milk
L – celery soup, roasted veg ( literally roasted up last night anything that was left in the fridge)
D – sausage, roast veg, chips and beans (or something like that)
Hopefully the weather will be ok so I can get some steps in this weekend without looking like a drowned rat! fingers crossed

Morning all. Up early again this morning, woken up by the sun coming through the curtains as well as the pain. Going to go shopping shortly as probably won't be too busy.
I weighed myself this morning and it's not good - 3.5lb on 🙍. Can't remember the last time I was this weight - must have been all that fudge!!! Hope it comes off as quickly as it's gone on!
Today's plan:
B - cheese on toast - HEB; HEA2; P; F
L - jacket potato, tuna mayo; salad - P; S; F; 1
D - Fakeaway KFC; chips; beans; corn on the cob - P; F
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - LTL mayo 1; rum & ginger beer 5
Have a good day everyone.0 -
Morning all! Yes those are the fishcakes I have maman, the cheese inside is slightly mature and the smoked fish makes it feel like a treat and they're quite filling. I know people who eat the pack of 2 to themselves in one go but I don't think I could do that! Oh and it says you can't cook them from frozen but I do all the time, just put them in at 200 for 25 minutes and they're fine 👍
Sorry for the gain denise, I'm sure it's just an overnight thing, you won't have put on 3.5lbs of fat in such a short space of time.
Went for a walk after work last night and got bitten by some insect on my leg AGAIN 😒 Was walking in a completely different area where I didn't see anything flying around so who knows. Leg has a lump the size of a large egg on it this morning so I've managed to get a telephone appointment with the GP this afternoon and will probably end up on antibiotics again 🙄 And all that moaning about kickboxing yesterday and I've woken up with really sore arms this morning so it actually did something 😆
Had the usual ff yogurt, strawberries and granola for breakfast, lunch will be the last tuna salad in the fridge and then dinner is fake nando's chicken thighs with some cubed potatoes, coleslaw and salad.
Hope everyone has a good day and weekend, I'm hopefully off to RHS Wisley on Monday if the leg is ok and the weather isn't too bad.
