bubbs I got it from Tesco's but I think there was a glitch as the shelf label said £3.40 (I think) but it went through at £2 odd.  Wish I'd picked up a couple for the freezer!  Was really nice too.  They had both smoked and unsmoked - I bought the smoked one as I always think it has more flavour than unsmoked.

Looking really miserable this morning outside this morning so definitely not going to bother doing any washing!  DH has gone off to play golf - I hope the rain holds off for him.

Someone posted on our Facebook page yesterday that Tesco are doing Linda McCartney red onion sausages for a Clubcard Price of £1.50 (think that's the same as Sainsbury?) so may well pick some up this week as only have half a packet left in the freezer.

    Today's plan:

    B - Welsh rarebit - HEB; HEA2; P; F
    L - Brunch hash - P; S; F
    D - goat curry, rice - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread

    Syns - chocolate brownies 2

    Have a good day.

¼ of a pound on! I think I was very lucky with that! Well done @bubbs

Back to spin on Tuesday looking forward to it. Did two separate walks yesterday which not gunna lie I was sweating it, it was very close here yesterday. The second walk I cut short as super pooch was getting hot and needed a drink. Doggie comes first. We still got in 5 and a bit miles yesterday though.

Made lentil soup last night which goes against the weather BUT it is less than 200 calories for a big bowl and is syn free cos im not counting the tiny knob of butter used!

B – fruit and fibre ss milk

L – lentil soup – honey roast ham pieces.

D – gammon egg and chips – probably some sort of veg too!

Morning all!  Well done on the loss bubbs!  And a tiny gain like that is nothing klew.

Had a 0.8lb loss when I weighed this morning which is a miracle since it's star week and usually I bloat up really badly but not quite so much this month 🤔  Had a quiet weekend - DH was applying for new jobs so I just cleaned and tidied the house to keep out of his way and feel like I was doing something.  Managed 2.5k on my run this morning but it was so humid and I was feeling a little wiped out so I called it quits and walked the rest of the 5km route.

Breakfast was the usual ff yogurt, granola and blueberries, lunch will be a prawn salad and then dinner tonight is bolognese which I am very much looking forward to!  Hope you all have a good day!

Well done on getting a loss ruby. I wonder whether the regular exercise is paying off/keeping the bloating down?🤔

Coxy sets off for her walk today, so hope to hear from her from time to time. 9 weeks and all those miles is a huge commitment.

Your gain is so tiny, it's like a maintain klew.

Lentil soup is my absolute favourite, whatever the weather. I like it best  made from the stock after boiling a gammon joint. Reading on here, I'm definitely going to add gammon to the meal plan soon  as we've not had it for ages.

I hope the rain stays away too denise. My friends have got Centre Court tickets for today.
I've decided to have chicken and chips for dinner tomorrow. I'll be juggling our meal around the England game and then I have a dance class in the evening.  If I prepare the chips and salad beforehand then I'll just have to nip out and put the oven on at the right time. We've got chicken for dinner today too! Soon be clucking! 🤣

The LM sausages are £1.10 a pack in Sainsbury's at the moment, which is the new half price. 🤔 I think their offers change on  Tuesdays so not sure how long it'll last. Bubbs said they're always  £1 in Farmfoods but I know you don't have one in your area denise

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), HEB toast, HEA milk, fried eggs (P), mushrooms and tomatoes (S)
L- cold meat (P), LO veg and pickles (S), potato, parsnip? (F)
D- chicken stir fry (P,S) with noodles (F)
Syns- honey for stir fry sauce 2.5
