Morning all, it's dry today! Hopefully it'll stay that way and I an get some washing dry. It's in the machine at the moment.
Going to be a busy day with getting the washing out on to the line, having breakfast, taking DGD for her jab, doing some shopping. Still haven't made the lentil soup so must try and get that made as well. Also need to remember to order my new prescription.
Anyone watch the tennis yesterday? Andy Murray played so well especially seeing as he wasn't expected to win!
Today's plan:
B - cheese on toast - HEA2; HEB; P; F
L - creamy garlic mushrooms, fried up tinned potatoes - P; S; F; 2
D - cold gammon, eggs, chips, beans
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - 25g Primula 2
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all! Wishing Coxy well on her walk, she is braver woman than I! Totally forgot about the tennis denise because my DH has been watching the Euro's. Might put it on the background while I'm working today.
You're all making me want gammon now so might have to put it on the plan for next week. Had usual yogurt, granola and fruit for breakfast today and lunch will be a ham salad. Dinner tonight is carbonara for me even if I did have pasta last night as well, I just have some stuff that needs using up (namely eggs and mushrooms) so thought it was the easiest meal to make with what we have in.
Hope everyone has a good day!

Morning all,
Swapped the egg for beans last night with the gammon, by the time I got 100g of chips out I thought the beans would fill me up more and within my calories! Had some extra cocktail onions with it and a sprinkle of cheese on the chips with salt and vinegar on. Lush.
B – fruit and fibre ss milk
L – lentil soup boiled egg and honey roast ham
D – mcintosh mince and tatties, mushy peas (after spin ping meal) !

Change of plan! Just got back home as we ended up eating out lunchtime so went to Weatherspoons and I just had a jacket with steak. DGD gave me her tomato as she doesn't eat it and DH gave me his flat mushroom so only need to syn the pat of butter I put on the potato so 3.5 syns so definitely a low syn day still.
Will have the fried up potatoes rather than chips tonight probably.
Going to sit down with a cuppa and watch a bit of tennis - if there is any as it's raining here! Didn't manage to get home before the rain so my washing is soaking wet so it can stay out there until tomorrow!
Good luck coxy with the walk - rather you than me particularly with this weather!

How lovely to have lunch out impromptu like that denise and stay on plan! I'm sure you treated your DGD and she enjoyed it too. 😊
My friends went to Wimbledon yesterday and had Centre Court tickets. They had a great time and even if it does rain, the main two courts now have roofs. I've not been watching tennis as we've been watching the football. Almost gave up on both matches yesterday as they seemed to be foregone conclusions but had radio on in the background. Wow! A real turnaround in both games sent us rushing back to the TV! 😁 This evening I'll be juggling dinner, the England v Germany game and getting to my dance class 10 miles away by 8 p.m. I certainly hope there's no extra time or penalties today! 🤣
I've had a slight change of plan for dinner. I was going to do salad but when I was prepping the stir fry last night, I realised I have a lot of asparagus and some other greens to use up so it'll be cold meat with hot veg! I'm sure it'll taste fine.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- JP (F), veggie chilli (P,S), cottage cheese (P), beetroot (S)
D- cold chicken (P), SW chips (F), asparagus, TS broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes (S)
Syns- 00 -
Yes definitely treated DGD to lunch, was very surprised she just picked a jacket with tuna mayo, quite expected her to go for a burger, not only that she ate the salad first before she even started on the jacket.
