Roast chicken here too bubbs. 😋

You've obviously got yourself sorted for the next few days. Reminds me of the 'fail to plan, plan to fail', mantra that we hear in SW. You're definitely not guilty of that.

I love remoulade denise. It was always one of my favourites on the Brittany Ferries buffets. Along with the smoked salmon and big fat prawns. 😍

I'd have scraped it onto my plate in bits. 🤣

I'm feeling stuffed now. We thoroughly enjoyed our chicken dinner maybe because I haven't had it for a while. Chicken planned for Tuesday as well and possibly tomorrow as I have loads of LO. It was a free range from Aldi, almost 2kg. 😋

DH has just sliced the rest of the boiled gammon and there is loads.  We'll have some cold with chips on Tuesday night and there is enough to freeze some slices for another meal which we'll take with us when we go away in the van the following week.  There will probably be enough for a meal with chips plus enough for a couple of sandwiches.  Really pleased with that as the joint was only just over £2.
