bubbs Sorry DH hasn't been well; hope he's feeling better now.  That's a long time to have to wait for a blood test.

    Enjoy your KFC tonight.

Change of plan for dinner tonight!  Still having sloppy joes but going to make it into a pasta bake instead of in a roll as DH doesn't fancy it in a roll (it's how we had it when I actually made it last month, LOL!).  Bit carb heavy as I've already got the chips ready to go into the oven.

Denise we will see as he has just eaten, he has had very little since last Thursday 😱

KFC was yummy, so the only naughty things i had was f & c and 6 squares of chocolate, the rest was normal 😂

You did well then while you were away!  I certainly had a lot more syns than that while I away!  Are you weighing this week or did you book holiday?

It'll be interesting to see if missing picky tea makes any difference bubbs. I knew you had fish and chips but probably less syns and a straight week to rein them back. 🤔

ETA - A Company shop is opening near me in August!! 😁

You must have added this bit after I'd seen your post!  Lucky you.  Assume you're going to sign up?  Hope you manage to get as many bargains as bubbs does!  Wish they'd open one near me.

Morning all, it's horrible again this morning - it's that really fine rain that absolutely soaks you if you go out in it.  May have to pop out later as DH has run out of Diet Coke but will see whether he's happy to wait until tomorrow.  Had planned to go shopping on Tuesday but DH is playing golf so changed it to Monday but we will see!

Good news about the Company shop maman and 🤞 you can get membership.

Today's plan has changed from what I'd originally planned as have some LOs!

B - fry up with LO chips - bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, chips - P; S; F
    L - LO pasta bake, salad - HEA2; P; S; F
D - chicken breast traybake - chicken, chickpeas, potatoes, onions, garlic, peppers, carrots (if we go shopping!),green beans, peas - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - none planned

Syns - probably rum & ginger beers 😀

    Have a good day everyone.
