Denise, so pleased you are having a good time and have good weather.

Regarding calor, yes it's shocking! They have more than 1 driver and my neighbour said they were here Thursday on the park , this is what i don't understand , we are on bulk contract so you would think they would top everyone up while they were here as they have to come from the other side of Leicester.

If we have enough for tomorrow i don't know!

Morning all!  Had a lovely weekend in the sun (what is happening with the weather?!?) and enjoyed catching up with friends and my parents.  Food wasn't exactly "on plan" so I'm happy to say I maintained this week.  Now back to work but may go and sit in the garden soon for a change of scenery.  Had my usual breakfast this morning of ff greek yogurt with berries and granola and lunch is the last of the mexican quinoa with some tuna.  Dinner tonight is going to be some dhal with rice and broccoli and the leftovers will be for dinner of Thursday.

Right back to work, hope everyone has a good day!

    Morning all,

Lost half a pound when I weighed in on Friday, think I will be lucky if I get a maintain on Saturdays weigh in lol. A lot of alcohol consumed on Saturday night, food wise not too bad but have eaten a lot of beige (bread chips etc etc) which is never good!

    Back in plan today

B – fruit and fibre ss milk

L – coronation chicken pasta ( 2chubbycubs – thought I would give it a whirl. Left out the sultanas and added in some red onion)

D – corned beef hash and mushy peas – staple meal at parents after spin quick and easy

Went spinning last night for some damage limitation and spin again tonight

Coronation pasta all week for lunches I made a lot last night but will be added different veg etc in as I go to keep it fresh.

Todays has cucumber, celery and red onion

    Hi everyone,
Well done to the STS and losers :) Glad you're having a good time denise. That's terrible about Calor bubbs - hope they can get to you today.
This weekend has been spent enjoying ourselves! I had a theatre trip to London on Saturday with DD (cancelled twice previously). DS2 was also meant to be coming but got his first shift at McDs starting Saturday. Gave his theatre ticket away to DDs friend and then McDs sent him home after an hour as he didn't have suitable shoes.... He ended up going with DH to help DS1 move in to his house finally. Had Pizza Expre$$ before the theatre and chose salad nicoise with dressing on the side. Also shared a bottle of wine between 3 of us. Had 2 G&Ts (slimline) at the theatre as no rum - shocking!!
Sunday we had a pub roast with friends - I chose leg of lamb. I was driving so only soda and lime for me.
Monday DH was fixing DDs car so I had poached eggs, tomatoes, spinach and grilled bacon, no lunch, and SW prawn and chilli spaghetti for tea. Lovely.
Was out early (6.20am) for a 5k run. Such a lovely time of the day, cool and hazy. I'm working today but for most of the CS it's the Queen's birthday/privilege day so barely anyone in. I will take a different day off to suit me. Have only just had brekkie.

    Food today:
    B - cheese on WM toast - HEXB/HEXA1
L - salad leaves, tomatoes, pickles, ham
    D - chicken pesto pasta - 5 syns
    Snacks - apple, melon
    HEXA2 - skimmed milk
    Total syns planned - 5

    Have a good day all,
    Coxy

I think you made really good choices over the weekend coxy. Well done. 😊

I'd never heard of privelege days. Every day's a school day.

I enjoyed my wine syns yesterday but properly back on plan today. We had a good walk in the sunshine too, 8000+ steps.
My lunch was more like a frittata than an omelette as I had LO potatoes to use up. Very filling. 😋
I need to look up the corned beef syns. I'm taking advantage and using up a large tin while I don't need to get to WI. It's in the fridge so I can scrape off any XS fat.

    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit (F), scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA1 milk
    L- Spanish omelette (P, F, S) with beetroot (S)
    D- corned beef hash (P, S, F and HEA2 cheese topping ), cabbages (S)
Syns - corned beef, horseradish 1
