Morning all!  Fry up went down really well last night even if half my plate was mushrooms much to DH's disgust 😆  Star week has finally arrived and I am not feeling good.  It's been steadily getting worse the last few years and today I just feel wiped out.  Did manage to get out for my final run of C25K this morning before things got too bad though and managed to do 4.47 km in the 30 minutes so very pleased with that.  Now I just need to carry on going and see if I can get to the 5k without stopping.

Got a buys weekend planned now - finally managed to get a hair appointment for tonight and its long overdue as I last had my hair cut 11 months ago 😳  Will be interested to see how much weight that equates to!  Tomorrow we're going to a surprise baby shower (the parents to be think they're just meeting us in the park for a chat but our other really close friends will be there too with food and cake) and then DH wants to go to brunch beforehand so definitely a food heavy day.  Then my parents are coming over for lunch on Sunday and we haven't seen them for almost a year too so it will be nice to see them in the flesh again!

Managed to have a couple of chicken sausages for breakfast and hopefully will be able to eat the last of my mexican quinoa and tuna steak for lunch but we'll see how I feel.  Dinner tonight is going to be chinese chicken curry with rice (the slimming eats recipe) and I'll make the sauce over lunch time so DH can just chuck it in with the chicken and additional vegetables as I'm on my way home from the hairdressers.  Hope you all have a good day and enjoy the bank holiday weekend.

    Morning all,

Glad you arrived safely denise - safe onward journey today.
Bright and sunny here. Puppy is sunning himself on the patio - he is an English bulldog - roast pork :) Painting went surprisingly well last night - I mean it's not my preferred Thursday night activity after a day at work, but it seemed to go pretty well and DS1 is pleased and very grateful for our help. His last night at home tonight  :'( so we've suggested a Chinese takeaway (his favourite).

Weigh day today and I've lost 1.75lbs this week whoohoo! Thank you painting/body magic.
    ruby - great running progress.
Tomorrow I have a trip to a London theatre with DD and DS2 - third time it's been rearranged. We are seeing a drag whodunnit - Dragatha Christie Death Drop. Will be going to Pizza Expre$$ first for lunch so there will be wine and syns but will choose sensibly. Sunday we are meeting up with friends for a pub lunch. I am driving and again, I will choose carefully. No plans for BH Monday.

    Food today:
    B - 2 crumpets, 1tbsp nutella - 11.5 syns
L - poached eggs, spinach, wm toast, melon - HEXB
D - Chinese takeaway planned - flexible syns required
    Snacks - apple
    HEXA - milk
    Have a great day all,
    Coxy

Great plans for the weekend. Sunshine makes such a difference. 😊

Well done on your loss coxy.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I think it's not just the Body Magic with the painting but you seem to have planned meals for when you'll be out and helping too.  Enjoy your Chinese, you've got a full bank of syns today. 😊

Sorry to hear you're feeling rough ruby but you should be proud of your run😇. It would have been so easy not to bother today.

No idea what I'll have for dinner tonight as it's described as Indian Street food. We're going with friends who've been there before so it rather depends on what everyone else chooses. I think you can either have tapas style to share or have a proper meal. I'll be on plan until then though. I've had bacon and egg breakfast and probably a JP with cottage cheese for lunch.

Have a good day all. 😊

    Afternoon all

Beautiful day, i went shopping first thing , those 19p beans in farfmoods are now 9p, yes i did clear the shelf 🤣got loads of bedding plants at B&Q , really good offer, 4 trays for £11 but 20% off for BH, so i got 8 trays, then i went daily bread, not sure if it's national? they have a garden section too and last years plants were fab from there so got more! Still wouldn't have enough so when i picked dh up i called back in for a few more to finish off tomorrow

We have hair cut first thing, so will do them after.

Not much food today, can't remember if i said someone gave me an omelette maker yesterday, good way to cut calories as can only use 2 eggs in it 😂 i put mushrooms and peppers in it and had with tinned toms, then i had 3 apricots at lunch as wasn't really hungry as didn't have omelette till 10.30 ish.

Well done coxy on your loss and Ruby on your run

Maman enjoy your food tonight 😋

    Thanks bubbs.
Good news about the beans! 😁

Is that an electric omelette maker? I often make a two egg omelette (with loads of veg)  in my small frying pan. I only use the larger one when I'm feeling extra greedy. It's usually enough with some pickles or salad.😋
