    Evening all

Thanks everyone, well the pharmacist in Botts googled it and still didin't know, it was them that said make an appointment at docs, (not the one i get my scripts from)
I went to get the script today as wasn't there yesterday, good job i didn't go back 2 hrs later as they suggested otherwise i would have been fizzing!! Went to collect at 2 today and she said oh i am just doing it 😱 i said well i did come at 1 yesterday and they told me to come back in 2 hrs , she said what time was that i said 1, she then looked a the clock and said a couple of minutes. TBH don't know what the cream will do?
Ruby i border a high  area too  , maybe we are not far from each other? I border Bedfordshire. We also had terrible weather yesterday, only a light shower this morning and saw a bit of sun this afternoon.

Coxy hope you're mum is ok .

Today i had 1 banana , 2 apricots and a chicken leg for breakfast 😂 lunch i had those new soft pitta's, they are lovely, stuffed with tuna, cucumber and tomato and cherry toms on the side.
Tea i have had cottage pie, cauli &broc, mashed swede and carrots and a drop of gravy , 2 syns, will put pic up in a bit

Hope the cream helps a bit bubbs. We have a pharmacy a bit like yours. They like to say 'will you call back?' and when you do they start making it up then so no better off. So now we say we'll wait.

I was in a strange mood tonight. I made the sausage casserole then didn't fancy it. DH suggested a fish supper but I wanted to stick with the SW. So we had a quick meal from the freezer. I'll have it for lunch tomorrow if I can fancy it then. Not like me at all. Hopefully I'll be back to normal tomorrow. 🤔

Morning all, it's lovely and bright again this morning.  Didn't think I'd have any washing to do today but for some reason there seemed to be loads in the wash bin so have put a load in so there just a few bits left in there now!  We're actually forecast some sun all day with virtually no chance of rain (the worst chance is 12% so not very likely).

Need to get as much food as possible into the van this morning; just need to leave anything that we'll need this evening or tomorrow morning.  So will just have last minute stuff to put in like the milk that's open, bread, butter etc to put in tomorrow morning.

That's strange about not fancying your dinner once it was cooked maman; hopefully you'll fancy it for lunch.  Worst case scenario it gets portioned up and into the freezer for another day.

    Today's plan:

    B - sausage sandwich - HEB; 5.5
    L - burger, onions, chips - S; F; 0.5
    D - jacket potto, beans, cheese, salad - HEA2; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
    Syns - sausages 2; butter 3.5; burger 0.5

    Have a good day everyone.

    Good morning everyone,
Dry here atm and have a wash load on the go - will hang it out once it's finished. Did a 5k run this morning in 30:48. I was thinking I'd do a shorter one but once I got up and out it seemed like a waste of a lie in! Painting went okay at DS's - we are back there tonight for the first coat on the walls and ceiling, and again tomorrow for the second coats. It's all go.
    Food today:
B - fresh cherries, cheese on wm toast - HEXB/HEXA1
L - roasted peppers filled with golden savoury rice
D - Mexican mince, salad leaves, tomatoes - 5 (for the tortilla chip topping)
    Snacks - apple, strawberries
    HEXA2 - milk
    Total syns - 5
    Have a good day everyone,
    Coxy

    Morning all,

Went a bit to pot last night but body magic was high.

Did a gentle 2 miler with the dog, a spin class then was roped into doing the kettlebells afterwards, to say I am feeling it is an understatement!

I was so late back I didn’t eat my dinner, I had space raiders and 3 mini chicken satays had a shower and went to bed! So the corned beef hash ( @maman Mcintosh corned beef hash – 321 kcals) is for my lunch today

B – big bowl of granola ss milk

    L – corned beef hash

D – smoky beef chilli with an undecided side

Work colleague tried the PON loaf and said it was delicious

Morning all!  We're on the Hampshire / Surrey border bubbs but have now been told that we don't have to do surge testing just yet as while we are literally on the border (the road along the back of my house is the border with Hampshire), they're testing the people in the next village into Surrey first because we have the wrong postcode 😆.   Hope the cream helps - it's probably some kind of steroid to take down the swelling / irritation?

Hope you're feeling a bit better maman, one night last week I took a bite of my dinner and just went right off it, had been really excited about it while I was cooking so no idea what was up.

Penultimate run of C25K today and it was hard.  My knee started feeling a little sore but I think that was more to do with my running shoes giving up on me as the cushioning is almost non-existent now.  Have noticed that while I've been doing the program, I've had a lot less joint issues, my knees have stopped clicking as much and my ankles aren't swelling up every evening like they used to.  Have noticed a few more issues with the wrists though so it's all swings and roundabouts I guess 🙃  Star week is a bit late arriving so I ended up eating a few meringue nests last night to get me through the carb / sugar cravings - could have been worse as I have a batch of cookie dough in the freezer that I could have demolished!  Changed it up a little this morning and had a couple of Linda M sausages with baked beans, fried egg and mushrooms for breakfast.  Lunch is more mexican quinoa with tuna and then bolognese for dinner tonight with salad.

Hope everyone has a good day!

Have just had a tot up of my syns for the week as thought I was well over but actually not too bad as after today's syns (including an extra 3 syns now as having an instant latte) I will have 13.5 syns left for tomorrow but don't think I'll need anywhere near that unless we decide to open a bottle of wine tomorrow evening at the campsite, which is a strong possibility, although if I'm honest I'd rather wait until we move on to the following campsite at the weekend where we'll be staying for the week!

Suspect SW will be out of the window for the next 3.5 weeks as far as syns are concerned but after doing SW for so long virtually all meals will be SW friendly as even when eating out I still tend to choose sensibly!  No doubt there will be plenty of alcohol consumed over the next few weeks!

Have decided I'm going to weigh in the morning just to see where I am and then when I get back will weigh again just to see how much damage has been done and then I will be straight back on it - well that's the plan anyway!

I'm starting to feel a bit guilty with all this Body Magic going on! Keep on Running! We're still managing a few walks but nothing like we were doing during lockdown1 when there was little else we were allowed to do! 🤣 My dance classes will be starting up again soon so then I'll feel better about getting regular exercise.

That seems like a Scottish brand of corned beef hash klew. I've never seen it around here (Deep South) but I will put it through the  estimator just from interest.

ETA: It's 8 syns which is quite high but if it's tasty then why not enjoy it. My lowest HM corned beef hash is about 3 but just when I use a small tin of lean meat otherwise it's higher with a large tin and more fat.

I know your neck of the woods quite well ruby. It's strange with so many county boundaries close together. My friend lives near Sandhurst and when we leave the M3 (Hampshire) and travel just a couple of miles into Berkshire to her house although she has a Surrey postcode. 🤔

I hate wasting food but I really couldn't face that casserole last night. I salvaged some bits of it for today's lunch and had a tsp of mustard with it to make sure I got some strong flavour. Although it's the second time this week, I've decided to have fish again  tonight as I wanted something quite  plain to make sure the same thing didn't happen. Hopefully I'll be fine by tomorrow and back to my meal plan.

I found out that the restaurant we're going to on Friday has changed hands from Chinese to Indian Street Food. They have excellent reviews so I'm sure I'll enjoy it although probably not particularly SW friendly. At least I don't like creamy curries or things like pasanda with coconut  so that's a start. 😉

Have a good holiday when it comes denise. I think the weather will be kind to you. Are you touring the UK? Do keep in touch when you have Wi-Fi so we can travel with you virtually! 😁 You've done well with your syns this week, considering the visit to the DD.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), fried eggs (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- LO sausage casserole (P,S,F)
D- baked haddock (P), new potatoes (F), asparagus, TS broccoli, tomato, mushrooms (S)
Syns- mustard 0.5 (counted the sausages yesterday)

No syns involved at DDs this week as only had a piece of shortbread and a cup of tea so only about 5 syns (the shortbread was HM but wasn't much bigger than a bought piece which is 3 syns).

I've managed to pack everything I can into the motorhome, just the last minute stuff from the fridge plus the electronics to go in tomorrow morning.  Will keep reading and will post from time time but probably not every day.

The forecast for the coming week is looking pretty good which I'm glad about.  It's not much fun just sitting in the motorhome when it's pouring with rain!  Just end up reading and watching TV when it's like that.  I'm taking a few craft things I can do if we do end stuck inside and don't want to read, watch TV etc but hopefully won't be needing it too much.

Also going to look to see if there are any NT places nearby - needs to be fairly close as don't really want to be travelling too far on the scooter in case it rains!
