Morning all,
Hope you get the gas sorted!
Struggle to get up this morning – second night of spin which means a later night as later home. Also feeling fat, well fatter than usual. Think its just after the weekend. Hopefully a couple of weeks back on plan will sort me out.
B – granola ss milk
L – coronation chicken pasta again – with red onion, celery and sweetcorn. It looks like it has dried up a bit but will stir a little yoghurt through again to loosen it up.
D – LF sausages, jersey royals, green beans roasted carrots red onion gravy

Morning everyone,
bubbs that's ridiculous. I hope they actually turn up today! Food looks amazing as usual.
klew - well done on the spin - it's so exhausting, no wonder you struggled to get up
Another lovely day here. I am meeting up with some church friends this morning so will be away from my virtual desk from 9-12. Have told work I have an appointment. I will take my laptop with me and hope to connect to the church wifi but it didn't work well last time. These ladies have been friends of mine for years and really supportive. It's the last time I will see them before my big walk.
Food today:
B - weetabix, skimmed milk - HEXB/HEXA1
L - ham, salad leaves, tomatoes, pickles
D - steak, sw chips, flat mushroom, roasted tomatoes on the vine
Snacks - benefit bar (3), apple
Total syns planned 3
Have a good day all,

Morning all! Hope the gas actually turns up today bubbs.
Managed to get 4 loads of laundry washed and dried (and put away 😲) yesterday because it was so hot here. Looks like we're in for more of the same today so a couple more loads and then the basket is empty! Went for a run this morning and actually managed a PB for a 5K (44:45) and now I have a route that I know is 5k, I can just do that and not worry so much. Might have to get up earlier on Friday for a run as it was a little warm at 6:30 this morning! Going to also try and go for a walk later just to keep my legs moving a bit. Had the usual ff greek yogurt with berries and granola for breakfast. Lunch is going to be leftover dhal from last night with some added veg on the side and dinner is a chickpea curry (it was DH's request and I obviously didn't really think about 2 lots of curry for myself today 😆) I've also got some mango in a pot ready to add some lime juice too as a tasty snack later when I'm working in the garden this afternoon.
Hope everyone has a good day, stay hydrated and keep topping up that SPF if you're outside!Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170 -

Hot here too but really shouldn't complain. Well done on the exercise, even tougher when it's hot. When exactly is your big walk coxy?
I feel a bit fat today too. I think you're right though klew, a few days back on plan and I'll be better. Next plans to eat out will be on Saturday. No times fixed yet so could be a coffee or a full meal! I'll worry about that nearer the time.
My meals aren't very summery today but I'll enjoy them just the same. The front of the house ifs north facing so it's fine if we stick to one of the cooler rooms. I looked up the corned beef yesterday and it was supposed to be 3.5 per 100g. I have to say it was very lean when I opened it though, barely different from the low fat version. It's hard to judge how much is left but I'll call it 3 syns. The gravy is free as it's some Hairy Bikers' gravy from the freezer.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk, raspberries (S)
L- LO hash and veg (P,S,F)
D- beef slices (P), mash, gravy (F), cauli, broccoli, cabbage, carrots (S)
Syns- hash 3
