Hi all,A sts the same but kind of expecting it as im getting used to my body I only seem to lose 2/4 weeks – 3 at a push.
@maman it is mcintosh of Strathmore – our asda and morrisons here sell a selection of their goods. Im not one for a ping meal but this is really tasty.
Found my stride again for the walking and we did a lovely but very very wet 5.5-6 miles on Saturday and a 3.5 with a friend yesterday morning, late afternoon another along the prom. Tonight I will maybes do 3 ish miles but a bit of gardening too.
Aww those doggies are very cute – mine is a little tan jrt – and blames me entirely if he gets caught in the rain!
B – granola ss milk
L - Tomato and basil soup
D – smoky beef enchiladas

I just love egg and chips denise. 😋
I know I could make it for myself but I haven't since lockdown started because my DH doesn't eat eggs and CBA to make 2 meals. It's what I normally have when he's out at evening meetings but that hasn't happened for over a year. Something to look forward to. 😊
STS isn't bad at all after a birthday celebration ruby. Well done on the running. I'm full of admiration. 😊
The pork and apple sausages are 9 syns each coxy. Thank goodness you only had one! 🤣 I'm sure you'll be fine having a syn free day today. Make sure you eat plenty so not tempted to graze.
I haven't worked out how many syns left in the bank but it has to be about 40! I don't really need any/many between now and Thursday though and I'm certainly not going to just eat stuff for the sake of it. I'm using up an old pack of ready to wok noodles from the cupboard. They go through the estimator at half a syn but when I bought them they were free??🤔 I'm not concerned about the syns but it's all part of SW gradually changing things with little or no explanation.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), HEB toast, HEA milk, scrambled eggs (P)
L- cold meat (P), fried veg and pickles (S)
D- chicken stir fry (P,S) with noodles (F)
Syns- HP sauce 1, honey 2.50 -
Afternoon all
Well done to the loosers!

Stuffed BNS with left over pulled pork from freezer, 20g cheese 😋😋😋 now i have half a cooked BNS left, as i know i often have a whole one but felt i couldn't fit it all in today, not like me i know 😂

bubbs - if you don't have any plans for the other half of butternut squash you could always freeze it, either as cubes or mash. I used a roasted half butternut squash in my Mac n cheese at lunchtime today. I know it's not something you're likely to eat as you don't tend to eat carbs but it made a half reasonable cheese sauce with 60g (2 portions) of HEA cheddar which was shared with DH.
Good luck with your new consultant - never mind about the other consultant - at least she knows why you've left her group 🤣🤣🤣

I was thinking about bubbs and the BNS too. 😁 I'd freeze it and just add it to soup or a casserole sometime. Or use it to make a base for soup and have it with a salad meal.
Good idea to change groups bubbs. But a bit awkward if your old consultant goes there. 🤔1 -
Yes maybe i should freeze it, i don't usually have this problem as i usually eat it all 🤣🤣
No she don't go there, she is just on her page i think because groups are all same area and noticed another consultant i know on there, she is okSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -
Morning all!
Sunny here and a bit warmer today. 5k run completed in 31:42 happy days. TOTM finally made an appearance last night, 10 days later than planned. Was beginning to think mother nature had decided I'd done my bit, but clearly not. Had a bit of chocolate last night but apart from that I stuck to plan all day.
bubbs - good that you've found another group and hope it's not awkward with the other consultant. Not sure what's happening with my old group as consultant has quit, and she did two doubles (Thurs night and Fri morning). A tall order for someone to take on.
ruby - great running - whoohoooooooo!
klew - fabulous photo of your dog. Well done on STS and all that walking
Food today:
B - cheese on WM toast, satsumas - HEXB/HEXA1
L - curry loaf, salad leaves, tomatoes, pickles - 0.5
D - SW friendly cottage pie, green beans
Snacks - apple, pineapple
HEXA2 - milk
Syns planned - 0.5
Have a good day everyone,
Coxy

Morning all! Think you've made the right decision bubbs, your old consultant didn't sound like the most supportive of people! Thanks Coxy, hope TOTM isn't too rough on you!
Have a couple of presentations to do for work today and feeling pretty good about it. While the scales aren't moving too much, I know that my measurements have probably gone down so trying to not get too hung up on it. Breakfast this morning was a couple of boiled eggs with some toast and asparagus to dip into them. Lunch is more chicken stir fry because I made way more yesterday than I thought I would and dinner is going to be a salmon fillet with some cubed potatoes, broccoli and green beans.

Morning all, weather is really good this morning so making the most of it and have done the bedding and it's on the line drying. Don't think it's going to take too long.
Same happened with my consultant Coxy - she did 5 groups! Three temporary consultants took over. The one doing the 2 Thursday morning groups is finishing this week as are the Thursday evening and Monday evening groups. They've got a new consultant for Monday evenings but still no one for Thursday groups. Everyone who attends the Thursday groups is expected to contact one of the other consultants who do groups locally. I've been in contact with the Friday morning consultant and told her I'm only sending in my weight every 6-8 weeks and won't be sending anything until 21st May! This will be the last Friday before I go on holiday so hoping to be well within target range by then (checked this morning and the scales are definitely moving in the right direction and I'm back in target range, and that was with weighing after breakfast this morning!).
Today's plan:
B - Welsh rarebit - HEB; HEA2; P; F
L - minestrone with chicken - P; S; F
D - sweet and sour pork; rice - P; S; F; 0.5
HEA - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - tsp cornflour 0.5
We're going to a National Trust garden tomorrow so I have made some scotch eggs - unfortunately didn't have any rosemary and red onion sausages so have had to use my low fat sausages but still only 1 syn per scotch eggs. Will also make some sandwiches and take some salad and thinking I might make some potato salad as well. Going shopping later so will also pick up some fruit as haven't got any left at all so definitely needed.
Have a good day everyone.
