Lasagne was delicious 😋. Huge portion each and I'm counting it as 4 syns. Cheese was HEA2. 6 for the milk and 2 for the cornflour shared between us. As I had plenty of syns to spare I had 2 syns of mayo with the salad although could have managed without if necessary. Very successful dinner. 😊0

Glad you enjoyed your lasagne last night maman. It's not something I do very often as I find it such a faff!
Morning all, looking much nicer this morning than it was yesterday! No rain and it's also brightening up. First lot of washing on the line and another load in the machine then everything except the jumpers will be done. Will do the jumpers mid week when we put clean ones on again as there aren't enough to warrant a wash yet!
Today's plan:
B - fry up with sausages - P; S; F; 2
L - bacon & mushroom sandwich - HEB; P; S; 3.5
D - roast pork, roast potatoes, roasted carrots, peppers & onions, green veg (not sure what yet as need to pop to the farm shop!) - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - sausages 2; butter 3.5
I've worked out my syns used so far and have just over 9 a day available so should be OK and may even come in under for the week but we'll see!
Have a good day everyone.

DH is still telling me how much he enjoyed his dinner last night. 🥰 I don't find it a faff denise, because I have the Bolognese ready made in the freezer. I just had to make the white sauce and put it together.😊
Pork here for dinner as well. One of the cheap little joints from Morrison's.
Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), fried egg, bacon (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- veggie stir fry (S), noodles (F)
D- roast pork (P), SW roast potatoes (F), many vegetables (S)
Syns - chilli sauce 1, gravy 4, weekend wine 😁1 -

I also got my washing dry today, cloudy but warm, when i took the dogs i put thick coat on as looked like it may rain, i was sweating! when i got back in the car it was 16 degrees!Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -
Hi everyone,
Late one from me. Forgot that we were going to have a curry takeaway in a friends garden last night (losing the plot) so syns there for food and red wine. Did a 5k run this morning and diverted to collect the car
Food today:
B - melon, 2 weetabix, skimmed milk
L - satsumas, skinny whip bar
D - Had a Bbq!! Small piece of steak, sausage, small piece of Cajun chicken, lots of salad
Syns - not sure but enjoyed my food today
Is anyone able to check syns on the skinny whip bar please - got them in B&M yesterday. A bit like a dense milky way
TIA

Coxy - skinny whip 4 1/2 syns.
I was so pleased 2 1/2 lb lost on Saturday.....best loss for me in a long time. I took 5 books out of my rucksack 😂😂
Yesterday ended up being a bit of a strange day. Ds big fridge freezer broke down....we ended up shipping various food items between a friend and our freezers as it has to defrost 48 hours before the engineer can look at it. Too much ice for him to access it 😲 So I’ve no idea how many syns I had yesterday as we were eating up things we couldn’t find a freezer home for. We managed to find homes for most things - some waste but it could have been so much worse.
Back on plan today with a lovely SW brunch and shredded chicken and salad. Syns come in at 10 syns.
Loving all the animal photos 😻January spends - £587.580 -
Coxy - the Skinny Whips are 4.5 syns each.
Just try to guesstimate how many syns you've had and then try as many low syn days as you can for the rest of the week. Damage limitation all the way. It's great that you've enjoyed your food today and I'm sure you enjoyed your curry and wine last night.
Just finished dinner and I am absolutely stuffed! I even left a couple of roast potatoes and that is completely unheard of for me! Still have some roasties left to have this evening with some pickles - really enjoy that on a Sunday evening!
