Potentially you had a good day coxy. Not sure if it was a SW friendly sausage, depends what you bought in. Some are excellent others not. 🤔 Just keep plodding. You know the plan but life can get in the way. At the moment I'm taking advantage of the last few weeks before lockdown 'ends' to stick to plan before eating out gets in the way. 😉

You're right bubbs. The Yorkie is huge. How much do you syn that? I haven't had a Yorkie in years. ☹️ When I used to go regularly to the carvery for meals with friends, I used to quickly say no to the Yorkshire and then fill my plate with veg to limit room for the roast potatoes. My SW group often met up for meals at the carvery. It's brilliant that a roast dinner can be so SW friendly. 😁😋

That's brilliant. Even if it was the equivalent of 2 tbsps of flour there's only 4 syns in there for the lot. It's no wonder you get through so many eggs. 🤣

Morning all, not looking too bad this morning but it's quite windy.  Hadn't planned on doing any washing this morning but DH decided he had something that needed washing so doing another load!

    Today's plan:

    B - kedgeree - P; S; F
    L - butternut squash Mac n cheese - HEA2; S; F
    D - eggs, chips & beans - P; F; syns for frozen chips

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - none planned
Syns - frozen chips anywhere between 7 and 15 depending on what brand I've got in the freezer and how many I have!

    Hi everyone,
Thank you for checking the syns on the Skinny Whip bars, milann and denise - much appreciated.
Lovely looking roast dinner bubbs - how do you manage to eat it all without it falling off the plate lol
The sausages were A!di pork and apple maman - I only had one.
milann - great weightloss, fab :)
Took puppy to the country park last night whilst DS2 was doing a hike with the Explorers. Bumped into a friend who has a Spinone - quite different from DS1s chubster of an English bulldog. They were playing for ages. Puppy just about crawled out of his crate this morning and has only just eaten his breakfast. Think a lot of sleeping in order today.
    Food today will be:
B - grilled bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, poached egg
L - cottage cheese, ham, salad leaves, tomatoes, pickles
D - pasta with baked feta and cherry tomatoes - HEXA1
    HEXA2 - milk
    HEXB - benefit bar
    Snacks - melon, satsumas, apple
No syns planned - can I do this?!!! :)
    Have a good day everyone,
    Coxy

Morning all!  Loving all the animal pictures!  Glad that your DH has such and understanding employer TIE, fingers crossed the steroids start to work soon and the hospital can come up with a good treatment plan for him.

Been for my morning run - things start to get a bit harder from here on out - it's just running for a longer and longer period of time until you hit the magic 30 minute mark.  25 minutes today which felt difficult but I managed to go a little faster than when I did it on Friday so no wonder it felt harder!  Weighed in this morning and had a STS which was great after DH's birthday on Saturday where I had some cake and a lot of BBQ!

Had ff greek yogurt, strawberries, blueberries and some granola for breakfast this morning with a couple of chicken sausages on the side.  Lunch is going to be a chicken chop suey type dish to use up the beansprouts and mushrooms in the fridge and then dinner is carbonara with some salad.  Have a virtual conference at work over the next three days so better go and get some coffee to keep me awake!
