Well done klew and ruby on your great losses.
I'm with maman on calorie counting. I like just being able to have as much as I want. Unfortunately things have gone pear shaped today food wise!!! DH picked up a "breakfast pack" from Morrisons so we ended up having that for lunch instead of salad, definitely very high syn with croissants, pain chocolate, pepito and jam (plus the added butter!). Bang goes any chance of STS or even a small gain this week!
Don't know if you've got a Morrisons anywhere near you maman they also do the wine stockpots. I looked in Sainsbury's this morning and it doesn't look like they sell them and I've not seen them in Lidl either.

Good idea to have your breakfast ready to go bubbs. It's just my theory but you did seem to lose better with 3 meals. 🤔
Your dinner looks like mine. I had a huge portion. My mash was orange though as I added a sweet potato. It seems to make it lovely and smooth. Orange bubble and squeak tomorrow! 🤣1 -

Morning all. Glad the weather has calmed down today! Have got a machine load on and will hang that out shortly. It looks lovely out there but I know it's quite cold as needed to put the bin out this morning!
Decided to check the scales this morning to see how much damage the 50+ syns yesterday had done and surprisingly I am actually 0.2lb lighter than yesterday morning - still out of target but only by just over half lb. Still at least I've got a couple of weeks before I need to send in my weight again so hopefully I can get back into target before I go off on holiday towards the end of the month.
I like the PON hunters chicken klew. I usually serve it with mash and green veg (green beans, peas) and perhaps carrots if I've got any in the fridge.
Today's plan (after yesterday's very off plan day!):
B - scrambled eggs & spinach on toast - HEB; P; S
L - stuffed mushrooms; salad - P; S; F
D - mushroom stroganoff; rice - HEA2; S; F
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - Primula Light/parmasan

Morning all! That's really good denise that you haven't seen any real effect from your "synful" day. I'm sure you can be well within target range by the next time you have to weigh.
Woke up feeling a bit off this morning again but forced myself to go for my "run". Thought I was struggling on the way round and actually ended up with a faster pace than Monday 😏 Oh well. Back home for breakfast of FF greek yogurt, strawberries, blueberries and some chicken sausages on the side again. Lunch today is going to be some leftover black bean curry from the weekend which has peppers and tenderstem broccoli in it so not sure if I need rice with it too like we had on Sunday. Dinner tonight is fake kebab with a flatbread and salad.
I often feel like I'm being boring with the food that I eat, like having the same things for breakfast and lunch most days but I saw a post on IG that was talking about how being an adult means not loving every single thing you eat and that every meal doesn't have to be exciting; sometimes you just need to eat the sensible option. It kind of made me refocus on what food is to me, that it shouldn't be an emotional crutch like it has been in the past - it's fuel to nourish your body. Quite pleased that I managed to put this into action yesterday when I felt a bit wobbly and just let myself try and process the feelings without reaching for the cookies that I know are in the cupboard!

Hi everyone,
Great job on the running ruby - I find it's more of a psychological battle to keep going sometimes, especially if your legs are killing and your breathing is all over the place. Well done on the loss this week, that's amazing!
