Cross posted earlier and missed your news tie. A gruelling week but overall a much brighter picture. Let's hope for the best with the kidney damage. Big hugs to you both. 😊1

Afternoon all 😁
TIE, glad DH is home, fingers crossed the meds work
I was busy ironing this morning and then hubby was fitting a new shower 🙄of course there is a story😂 because we live in a lodge things are fitted differently, he couldn't get the unit to screw on and hold because as soon as he went to screw it onto the water pipes, they pushed back in , so he says i'll have to cut a hole in it and somehow fill it in, OMFG!!! i said you can't do that 😂😂
But me to the rescue, i said if you take the mirror off in the bedroom as it's Ensuite shower he is doing, you should be able to access from there , bingo !! so all fitted 😁
Then DISASTER 😱 I dropped the pizza 😱😱 it flipped on it's top, so i quickly scooped the topping up and put it back on 🤣🤣, DH knew as he saw me do it, when i dished up i said that will be extra tasty now 😂 tbf it was okSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -

🤣🤣🤣 at the pizza!
I learned from my mother that it's perfectly OK to drop food on the floor (often seems to happen with roast potatoes 🤔). If you pick them up quickly then no problem. DH doesn't agree but what the eye doesn't see.... 😉1 -

Weather here ok too.
the shower sounds like a job and a half Bubbs 😲 great thinking to solve the problem.
TIE you must be shattered. Glad dh is home.
I stayed the same this week. I’ve been very hit and miss of late so I’m more than happy with that.
I was watching the programmes about giving up sugar - which I could never do. Anyway the main character, some politician who lost 8 stone was given weights to carry of his loss. He struggled and said it’s what he used to always carry with him. It made me think......so I filled a rucksack with books and weighed it in at 1 stone.....what I want to loose. I could just about pick it up......no wonder my joints and blood pressure are objecting. So I’m going to take the books out of the rucksack according to my weight loss. When the bag is empty I’m taking it shopping. Little mind games to keep me going 😏

STS is a good base to move forward milann. It shows you're back on track. 😊
I was saying earlier in the week that I like to dance. I, literally, felt lighter on my feet after weightloss. You're right it makes such a difference to joints and general flexibility. Go for it! 😊2 -
Hopefully it won’t be much longer until you’re dancing again MamanJanuary spends - £587.581
