    Morning all,

Last night was nice, but it took a long time to warm up afterwards. So I met a friend for a walk, around 3 miles then dropped the dog off at home and walked to the Italian, probably half a mile away. Nice in the sun and they had patio heaters but it soon got cold. Decided to stick with the vodka lime and sodas. Had chicken parmigiana with salad and chips, but half chips. It was really nice. Then walked home again so plenty exercise around it.

    B – fruit and fibre

L – flatbread, chicken tikka, tzatziki, spinach – maybe some space raiders as I have a crisp craving!

D – LO chilli beef and stir fry veg

    Morning all

Lots of walking yesterday. Glad you had a nice meal at the Italian with your friend.  It's lovely to be able to get out to meet friends and have meals out again!  We're meeting up with friends this weekend.  We're travelling down this afternoon but they can't make it until tomorrow afternoon as both are still working.

I weighed this morning and have lost a little bit more but still just over top end of target by 0.2lb!  I don't usually both with the bits at the end and just round up but at the moment I'll take every little bit!

    Today's plan:

    B - mushroom omelette - P; S
    L - minestrone soup with chicken - P; S; F
    D - poulet au vinaigre; mash; sweetcorn - P; S; F; 1.5
    S - Ryvita; Primula Light

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - Primula Light
    HEB - Ryvitas
Syns - low fat cream crease 1.5; couple of rum & ginger beer 5

    Have a good day everyone.

    Hi everyone,

Yesterday's food was a bit last minute.com but managed to stay on plan - ham and couscous with salad for lunch, chicken and chorizo pasta for dinner. Felt really tired and had bad stomach again though (anxiety) so took myself off for a nice bath at 9pm and was in bed by half past. Obviously needed it as slept through to the alarm at 6.30am.

Did a 5k run this morning - fastest time yet of 30:44, whoohoo.

    Food today:
B - overnight oats with cherries and muller - HEXB/0.5
L - melon, kiwi, apple, satsumas
D - turkey saltimbocca and mange tout
    HEXA - milk
    Syns planned - 0.5

Weigh day tomorrow. I feel really bloated and heavy, hence the fruit for lunch today. Hoping it will show on the scales tomorrow, fingers-crossed.

Hope you all have a good day,
    Coxy

Have a really  good time over the weekend denise. I think you're right that we should enjoy what freedoms we have, we've waited long enough. We can always pick up on the plan later and I think after a while there's a tendency to make good choices fairly instinctively. Those weren't bad choices at the Italian klew. Aubergine and salad is far better than a whole pizza or something very creamy even including some chips.

So close to target range is great after a week away denise. I just had one pub meal and I reckon I'm in much the same position. I seem to be able to maintain really well. It's going to be an effort to actually lose when groups open again! 🤣

I hope the bloating doesn't affect your WI tomorrow  coxy but whatever happens all this good eating (and exercise) will come good in the end.  Just hang in there. Hope today's less stressful for you. 😊

The fridge is looking very empty at the moment. We had a real medley of veg with dinner last night so used lots of bits up. I'll need to be careful doing my meal plan later to make sure I have all ingredients needed and that I haven't run out.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA1 milk
L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), spring onions, beetroot (S)
    D- SW Bolognese (P,S), pasta (F), HEA2 Parmesan
    Syns- HP sauce 1

We had UB sauce last weekend bubbs. So pleased you put us on to it. 😋

I don't know if you not having breakfast makes any difference to your weightloss. Just thinking that when you were working you always took something with you. 🤔

I went to Farmfoods today as I needed frozen veg. I had a look at the ham but it was really small scraps. Maybe we have different suppliers around here.

Still no update from tie. 🤔

I have not been farmfoods this week but DID go company shop 🤣 was restrained though apart from beetroot, they had aldi baby beets 30p and big jars morrisons 60p so got a few of each and some cooked chicken pieces, aldi peri peri  and some plain ones 50p each. Wow bubbs that company shop sounds amazing - nothing like that here unfortunately :(
TIE - thinking of you and DH xx
denise - have a lovely time away :)

Yesterday I was very good and managed to munch my way through an entire honeydew melon, an apple, a kiwi and 2 satsumas for lunch (spread out over a few hours) - no adverse affects yet (sorry if TMI). Had light dinner of turkey saltimbocca and mange tout.

Weigh day today and I've STS which is disappointing, but on the plus side I am still under that previous big number - got to look at the positives!! 5k run this morning in 31:02 and I've two walks planned this weekend. Doing 20k with DSiS and fully loaded backpack tomorrow and then 5k walk with a friend on Sunday (no backpack).

    Food today:
    B - pineapple, wm toast, 2 tsp jam -  HEXB/1 syn
L - smoked peppered mackerel, salad leaves, tomatoes, pickles - 3 syns
D - not sure yet as don't know who is eating here (teens!!)
Snacks - apple, kiwi, mini babybel - HEXA1
    HEXA2 - milk
Syns - 4 plus will have a rum and pepsi maxi this evening so 6.5 total planned.

    Have a good day everyone,
    Coxy

It is disappointing when we've stayed on plan without a loss coxy. Bit I  still think STS is an achievement. Think of all the people who have been  steadily gaining over the past year. I'm so glad we've stuck with it. 😁 That sounds like a gruelling weekend. Have you got your snacks sorted for the 20K? 🤔

I used the last of the Bolognese in the freezer last night so took some mince out read to make more. I took advantage of the near empty fridge to wash it all down. I've done my  meal plan ready to shop later. Today I need to buy loads of fresh veg but almost all the meat/fish will come from the freezers.  Yesterday I added 5 bags of frozen veg so space is at a premium.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup (banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA1 milk, raspberries (S)
    L- beef stew (P,F,S)
D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), creamy cabbage with HEA2, mushrooms, tomatoes, green stuff (S)
    Syns- weekend wine. TGIF!!😁
