They're having problems getting new consultants!  There is someone in one of the groups that's interested in training but can't afford it at the moment - no idea how much they have to pay but obviously it's not pocket money!  They've managed to find one consultant for the Monday night groups whose is currently in training but they've not found anyone to train to do the 3 Thursday groups - 2 morning and 1 evening.  My last weight to the old consultant was 14 January and she'd told them a few weeks before that that she was leaving.  It sounds to me that they want too much money particularly for the area where I live which is one of the poorest parts of Kent with high unemployment rates as there is very little work here.  Most people have to travel in order to find work.  I travelled to London for 10 years after I moved here before retiring as couldn't find anything locally which would make it worthwhile moving.

Hope the weather is better than it is today!  It's been misty for most of the day and it's getting thicker again now.  It's forecast to be misty again tomorrow morning so will have to see how bad it is, although I don't need to go out tomorrow which I'm glad about as not keen on driving in it.

Beanie - is that for each group or venue?  My old consultant did 5 groups but only used 2 different venues.  £2K isn't that bad for a franchise compared with a lot of other franchises - some of them cost in the 10s of Ks!  Still seems a lot of money to use the name!

Wow! £2K! Then don't they have to give a cut of the weekly fees to SW? 🤔 Not something I'd want to do anyway. I've been asked but said I'd be useless. I wouldn't toe the line. I'd be recommending syn banks and wine syns and tweaks! 🤣

    2k per venue, not group.
So I know someone who runs 6 or 7 groups at a 2 venues so paid twice.
I think it may work out ok in a city but not in smaller places.
