Well done on the loss bubbs!  Maybe I ought to cut out beans for a while to try and shift some of this excess weight I've gained whilst away  - it might help me too!

Today is supposed to be the warmest of the week but not looking too good at the moment!  It's very misty.  Glad all the washing is done.

I'm finally getting my hair trimmed today!  I'm not having much cut off - just trim the ends and thinning out as it's so thick!  It's the only reason I have my hair cut regularly!

DH is playing golf later so I'll go shopping once I've dropped him off at the golf club.  Then of course will have to go back and pick him up this afternoon when he's finished.  Hoping I'll have enough time at home to watch last night's Sewing Bee which is recorded as DH wanted to watch something else that was on at 9!

    Today's plan:

    B - cheese on toast - HEA/HEB
    L - roasted stuffed pepper - S; F; 2
    D - goat tagine; herby couscous - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    Syns - 25g Primula Light 2

Ended on 2.5 syns yesterday as had a Lotus biscuit but didn't have the olives in the end!

    Have a good day everyone.

Thank you everyone, I went to my parents last night to collect a parcel and I do like walking in their town so I actually walked 5.5 – 6 miles! But it was slow to start with the leg but I because I didn’t push on I think it has relieved a bit of the swelling so for all my leg is aching its not as bad this morning and I feel good for getting a nice walk in. I think I will play tonights walk by ear and see how the leg goes.

    B – granola ss milk

L – pasta n sauce half a packet with added ham and sweetcorn

D – mince stir fry thing – it’s a slimming world recipe out the recipe book!

Glad the leg is feeling a bit better this morning klew.  Your dinner sounds "interesting"!  Does it have a name and which recipe book?

    Good morning,
Bright and sunny here. I have washing on the go, so will put that out shortly. Hoping for a more steady day of work today - fingers crossed. I did a 5k run this morning in 31 mins on the dot - happy with that. Many more people and cars about this morning as school run is back with a vengeance, so broke my stride a few times to dodge around them!
Well done on the walk klew, that's a long distance given your leg is giving you issues xx

    Food today:
B - poached egg, grilled bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach
L - cottage cheese, salad leaves, tomatoes, pickles, ryvita dark rye - HEXB
D - SW chicken tikka masala and rice - will attempt this recipe from the 50 golden greats book - need to get lime juice and fromage frais at lunch time so I can marinade the chicken.
    HEXA1 - milk
Snacks - kiwi, apple, satsumas, benefit bar - 3 syns
    Syns planned - 3

    Have a good day everyone,
    Coxy
