    Morning everyone,

TIE - thinking of you and DH x
Happy Golden Wedding Anniversary to denise and DH - have a lovely day xx
Great news about the car beanielou but how the heck did they lose your documents? So frustrating.
    bubbs - great bargains :)
I forgot to say thank you to maman for the spring onion ideas. I did add some to the bolognaise pasta bake on Thursday - no one noticed and it tasted lovely. I'm at home today so will make some veg soup with the remainder.
MrA is delivering my food shop between 10am-12noon - I could get used to food deliveries :)

Had 2 measured rum and pepsi max in a friends garden last night. Must keep up the momentum over the weekend as this is where I tend to slip and have a few treats too many.

    Food today:
    B - WM toast and jam - HEXB/1 syn
L - ham omelette, salad leaves, tomatoes
D - grilled gammon steak, sw chips, peas, sweetcorn
Snacks - apple, kiwi, grapes, benefit bar - 3 syns
    Syns planned - 4

Hope everyone has a lovely day.

So glad you're enjoying your day denise. The weather has been glorious. I'm sure syns don't count today. 😊

    P. S. Was the market on today in Lymington? It usually lines the High Street. Wondered whether it's allowed with Covid. 🤔

Well done for sticking to your plan last night coxy. It's easy to lose track.

I portioned up the lentil soup I made last night for the freezer  and kept some out for lunch today. It was yummy. I made a veggie pasta bake this afternoon. That'll be for my lunches too. Tasting it, I think I went a bit OTT with the chilli flakes but I'll cope.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), fried eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk, tomatoes and mushrooms (S)
L- sardines (P), beetroot (S), lentil and veg soup (P,S)
D- sweet and sour chicken (P,S) with brown rice (F)
    Syns- sauce 1.5. weekend wine😁

Yes but only on one side of the road so only about half the size it usually is.

Bubbs~I thought the funeral was the end of an era.
    So sad for the Queen.
I felt that she was diminished  :(

I felt sad for the Queen too, she looked so lonely there on her own. I hope i am wrong but i think this may finish her too 😥 I couldn't imagine being with someone that long and then being on my own, if i go last i always think this as been with my dh a long time.

I did say to my sister i can't eat on my own, she said you have to else you won't eat at all. I give her her due, she always sets the table and sits at it and cooks a meal, i just can't imagine it :(
