Thanks everyone, I was saying to DH today that its funny, I'm now 3.5lbs heavier than the day I left hospital having had DS2 and yet I'm pleased??? How is that possible. He did remind me I was 17 years younger though so I guess it's all relative hmmmm
Food got all mixed up today. Didn't eat anything until 11.30am as work was so dire. Ended up eating grapes, then had toast, egg, spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes for lunch. Will have JP as planned tonight but need to pop out for salad leaves once I finish work. Have just had a satsuma and about to eat an apple.
klew that's a fantastic weight loss - hope you have before and after photos.

Well done coxy, great result and brilliant to see a new number. Very motivating! 😁
I used to have Sainsbury's own brand low sugar/salt beans and they were fine. I like most beans but what puts me off is when they start upping the amount of sauce. I gave up on Branston because of that. I don't like them all runny. We're happy with Waitrose own brand at the moment (better value than you'd imagine). I tried the ones from Farmfoods bubbs. I liked them but DH decided they were too salty. I will buy some more to use in sausage casserole. I'm sure he won't know.
That's great moving to a Friday WI denise. An extra day for reining in after the weekend! 🤣 Hope you've had a good day today. The weather's been lovely. I got all the bedding dried on the line and DD1 came round and we sat in the garden for an hour.
I made some more lentil soup today as I had some stock frozen from the last gammon joint. Freezer isn't getting any emptier but I am replacing raw stuff with HM ready meals so that's an improvement. I bought a YS aubergine today so am going to put it in another pasta bake for lunches. I'm going to make it all veg this week as don't think the tuna improved it at all.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, banana, skinny syrup (F), HEB porridge, HEA1 milk, raspberries (S)
L- beef stew (P,S,F)
D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), carrot chips, TS broccoli, tomato, garlic mushrooms with HEA2
Syns- weekend wine😋

Brilliant bargains bubbs. Unfortunately we don't have a Company shop but I can't resist a good YS buy or other offer. Freezers are packed full but (In my defence) I'm gradually filling up with ready cooked (by me) SW friendly batch cooking. 😊1
