    Morning everyone,
TIE - sorry to hear about your DH but so glad they can see him quickly. Sending positive vibes your way xx
Good to see you Sary - STS is amazing considering you've so much going on. Glad that the new role is interesting.

Lovely bright and sunny day here. Did a 5k run in 31:39 whoop whoop which is 30 secs faster than Monday. Happy days. Felt a bit ropey after dinner last night. Had pulled pork, sw chips, salad, tbsp coleslaw and tbsp apple sauce. Felt like someone had kicked me in the ribs(!) so took myself off to bed early :(

    Food today will be:
B - poached egg, spinach, mushrooms, WM toast - HEXB
    L - cheesy garlic mushrooms, salad - HEXA1
D - sweet and sour chicken with egg noodles - 5 syns for UB sauce (couldn't get the light version)
    HEXA2 - milk
Snacks - kiwi, satsuma, apple, melon
    Syns planned - 5

    Have a good day everyone,
    Coxy

Morning all.  Fingers crossed for your DH TIE, hope it isn't too serious but glad he's being seen quickly.

Lovely to see you sary, hope the new job is going a lot better than the last one despite being busy and well done on the STS.

Of course I'm telling you the whole truth maman 😏 Seriously though, a few weeks ago I might not have been but think that by taking the pressure off myself - haven't weighed myself for a couple of weeks, I'm actually feeling a bit more positive with things.

Had a couple of weetabix for breakfast with almond milk, no idea what lunch will be yet (maybe something with eggs) and then carbonara for dinner tonight with a leek added to it.

Off to quickly pop some washing on before getting back into work.  Hope you all have a good day!

TIE glad your DH is being seen quickly.  Thinking of you both.

Have been to Christchurch today.  Was lovely walking along the river in the sunshine.  Turned very black so decided to come back to the van.  Was raining as we were walking back from Lymington High Street but got back before we got to wet.  At least we got 14000 steps done which is better than usual.

Breakfast and dinner on plan -mushroom omelette and goat curry respectively.

Lovely part of the world denise - we went to the NF in September for the weekend and had takeaway sandwiches sitting by the harbour in Lymington. I was worried a seagull would pinch our food! We also loved Christchurch - DH took me into every camping shop though!
Glad you're enjoying your break :)

That pate looks really yummy bubbs.😋 Enjoy your dinner when it comes.

Thanks for calling by sary. I guessed you were busy with your new job. You're doing really well to STS so haven't lost all your good habits. Come back soon!

You're right not to put yourself under pressure ruby. I think the fact that I don't weight at home helps me otherwise I'd be constantly checking. I can always tell by my clothes how I'm doing roughly.

We were just outside Salisbury today and had similar weather to you denise. When the rain came (only a few spots really) we went into their marquee for lunch. Meal was just  OK but I think that was because they'd limited the menu as unsure how much business they'd get. I only had one course and then a pot of tea but I did have a couple of gins and I plan to have more tonight. Best part was meeting up with our friends and having a good long chat. We've made a date for next month when (data allowing) we'll be able to sit indoors. I'm not making dinner tonight but will snack on something SW friendly if I feel hungry later.

I only crumble a tiny bit of stock cube into a small cup of water for the garlic mushrooms coxy. That was when I first made them but as I generally use them as a side dish I just soften the cheese with some vegetable water from the broccoli or whatever other veg I'm cooking so no stock as such. I add Parmesan as well as Primula to make them more cheesy flavoured.
