So sorry to hear that bubbs but great news that it has been sorted so quickly.  How long will she have to wait to get the coil removed?

Don't know Denise, she only wanted it removed because of the hot flushes she was having, imagine if she hadn't of been 😱 I asked her that today , she said they never mentioned it, she will have to go back to the doctors.

It's been awful it really has , it hit me really hard , i think because after what happened to my BIL

Morning all.  Wow that's a rollercoaster bubbs but glad it's ended with really good news.  Fingers crossed she can get the coil removed without too much further trouble!

Hope the weather continues to be good denise - it was a lovely afternoon here after the snow in the morning!

Really enjoyed our chicken coconut rice bake thing for dinner last night and have a portion left over for lunch today.  Dinner is probably going to be a jacket potato with garlic mushrooms and various salad bits on the side.

Hope you all have a good day and stay safe!

    Hi everyone,
Glad to hear your sister is on the mend bubbs - what a shock for her and very stressful for you all xx
Enjoy your break denise - lots on the news about people away in their vans.
That chicken coconut rice bake sounds nice ruby - do you have a recipe please?

We had kedgeree last night and despite putting on a strong candle afterwards, we can still smell it this morning! I've just put the SC on with pulled pork, so that will mask it!

    Food today:
B - overnight oats with FF vanilla yog and cherries - HEXB/1 syn
L - cheese omelette, baked beans
D - pulled pork, sw chips, salad
Snacks - kiwi, melon, satsuma, apple
    HEXA1 - milk
    HEXA2 - cheese
    Syns planned - 1

    Have a good day everyone,
    Coxy
