Think I might have to do the cheesy garlic mushrooms this week - they sound delicious 👍
Brunch - heb toast, beans, hea cheese and bacon. I should have added some chopped to,atoms to the beans but I’d eaten them by the time I’d remembered 😏
tea - going to see ds so I’m not sure - all I know is pulled pork of some sort
snacks - fruit and a small treat at ds house 👍

Wow! Syn free bhajis with picky tea! Whatever next? 🤣

It must be the SW recipe that they make in group because gram flour involved.

Those were quite good food choices yesterday coxy, Salad and shish especially.

I had a weird lunch of the pasta bake and I just had to have the 'juice' from the beef stew as well. It's so tasty I couldn't waste it and the freezer portions with veg were full to the brim. I had 2 syns of chocolate last night too but as very few syns for gravy today I wasn't worried. I know I'm likely to be over this week as eating out on Wednesday.

    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit, banana, skinny syrup (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk, raspberries (S)
    L- tuna pasta bake (P, F, S), beef broth (F)
D- beef in 'red wine' (P, S) SW roast potatoes, parsnips (F), many vegetables (S)
    Syns - cornflour 1, weekend wine 😊

It's been dry and sunny here in the south. 😁 Not particularly warm but I dried towels on the line so all good.

Really looking forward to my dinner. I've had a taste and beef is really melt in the mouth. 😋

Dry and sunny here until about 5.15pm.  Got 3 loads of washing dry on the line, including the bedding.  Virtually nothing in the wash bin now although today's clothes obviously need to go in but at least there won't be a bin full to come back to as well as a week's washing from while we're away!

I really must put beef in 'red wine' on my menu plan next month - it's been a while since we had that.

Almost time to eat. I seem to get lucky with beef cubes as often on YS. And loads of delicious gravy for just 1 syn (each). I'll keep any LO to have with sausage and mash later in the week and count it as free. 😊
