    Happy anniversary Denise 🥂
I put half on this morning- which I was pretty pleased with as I’ve had the gks here this week and dd and sil visiting. We had our postponed Christmas which took the form of curries in the garden and birthday cake for sil who had a birthday yesterday. I think I got off lightly with just 1/2👍 Back on plan properly tomorrow. I tried sw zoom this morning at 9 then realised since weigh in had opened it had changed time....which I couldn’t do as I had my 2 nd jab booked.
We ordered a motorhome yesterday 😀😀😀
    January spends - £587.58

Thank you everyone for your anniversary good wishes.  We had a great day including a lovely meal at the local pub.  We had a sharing seafood platter followed by sirloin steak with Jersey Royals, a chargrilled shallot and watercress.  The pub even gave us a glass of Prosecco to say Happy Anniversary.  That was in addition to the wine we had actually ordered!

Today won’t be completely on plan as still have lots of bits and pieces left like olives, marinaded garlic and dolmas which we will have for lunch.  The usual fry up for breakfast which will be syn free; dinner tonight will also be syn free as I am going to cook a keema curry with rice.

milann what motorhome have you ordered?  Is it a new one or a pre loved one?  Exciting times ahead with lots of adventures.

    Morning everyone,
Sounds like a lovely meal denise - 50 years, such an achievement xx
That's a good result milann given the cake and visitors, well done on only half a pound.

I too watched the funeral - we do ceremonial things so well in this country. I loved the music he chose and got a bit tearful. The queen looked so small sitting there on her own  :'(

I've been running this morning and managed 5k in my fastest time yet - 30:45 :):):) Beautiful and sunny here today.

We are going back to DS1s house for more painting today - spare bedroom this time. I'm going to have a cooked breakfast before I go and take fruit and cereal bar as DH has assured me we will only be there 3 hours hmmm we shall see!

    Food today:
B - grilled bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach
L - melon, kiwi, apple, benefit bar - HEXB
D - roast beef, sw roast potatoes, carrots, broccoli, green beans
    HEXA - milk
Syns - glass of wine with roast dinner - 6

    Have a great day everyone,
    Coxy

Well done Coxy - you'll be under 30 minutes soon!  You're getting faster day by day.

Forgot to say well done milann on just a half lb gain - really good considering.  I dread to think how much I'm going to weigh on Thursday!  I will do the best I can between tomorrow and Thursday morning.  Planning on no more than 5 syns a day to hopefully avoid too much damage from the week away!

Thinking of you both tie .

Glad you had a good time denise. Weather was particularly good for your anniversary. Now to draw that line and get back on plan.😊

That's what I like about SW. It's a great default way of eating. I always remember my first consultant saying that if you dropped your phone you'd pick it up not stamp on it. Good analogy IMO.

We've had intermittent WiFi today so been offline most of the day. ☹️

    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), fried egg, bacon (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- veggie pasta bake (F, S)
D- roast lamb (P), SW roast potatoes (F), many vegetables (S)
Syns - HM gravy 4, weekend wine 😊

Morning all.  Clean jeans day today and they still do up without effort so that means I'm no more than a couple of lbs over target so quite unlikely to get back to top end of target by Thursday but will do the best I can!

Should be another good day - we haven't got any rain forecast for the whole week which is amazing.  The final load of washing is in the machine.  I got 3 loads, apart from one jumper, washed, dried, folded and put away after we got home yesterday!

Have had to change my menu plan from what it was when I wrote it at the beginning of the month as haven't got any eggs left so couldn't do the planned scrambled eggs!  Thought I'd just swap today and tomorrow's breakfasts but that didn't work either as tomorrow is supposed to be baked oats but again no eggs until I go shopping tomorrow late morning, after I've dropped DH off at the golf club!

    Back on plan from today:

    B - overnight oats - HEB; P; S; F
    L - jacket potato, LO keema curry - P; S; F
    D - steak, chips, mushrooms, onions - P; S; F; 0.5

    HEA - milk
    HEB - porridge oats
    Syns - wholegrain mustard 0.5

There ares still some olives left so may have a few this evening but if I do it'll only be 4 so another 1.5 syns.

    Have a good day everyone.

Morning all.  Sounds like a lovely way to spend your anniversary denise.  I'm sure the scales will be kind to you this week.

Thinking of you TIE, hope things are ok.

Yay for getting the car back beanie but can't believe they lost your documents.  This is why I have yet to change my name on my main bank account because I don't live near a branch anymore and don't want to send the documents in the post.  I'll get round to it one day when I can be bothered to make the drive!  Hoping they can sort it out for you soon.

I like that analogy to maman, just wish I wasn't one of those people who repeatedly drop their phone over the course of the week!

Had a lovely relaxed weekend here and spent some time in the garden enjoying the sunshine.  My lovely MiL has gifted us use of her static caravan from Thursday to next Monday so will be spending a bit of time off plan then - lots of wine and cheese on the decking according to DH.  So with that being said I've had FF greek yogurt with a nectarine and some strawberries for breakfast today, lunch will be some lentil soup from the freezer and dinner will be left over chilli from the weekend with some potato wedges this time.

Right off to make a coffee and then might work from the garden this morning.
