milann - if the oyster sauce is a dressing one then it's Free but if it's a thick one then it's 5 syns per 100ml.
Still slightly misty but not as bad as this morning but it's definitely warmer today than it was yesterday.
Didn't have lunch until 3pm because DH called me to pick him up when lunch was almost ready so had to reheat it when we got back so dinner definitely won't be at the usual time! We generally have lunch around 12.30-1pm and then dinner 6-6.30pm. Think it will be more like 7-7.30pm tonight.

I don't know what that 5 syn thick cooking sauce is denise🤔. All the main supermarket and branded oyster sauces are free and that's what I've always used in a stir fry. I've got Waitrose Cook's Ingredients and that's definitely free. Unfortunately I don't like it much. 😉
It's an absolutely glorious day today, 17 degrees and sunny. We went to the seaside this morning and it was brilliant. We had to go over to the other side of the city and passed Morrison's on the way back so I just had to go in for some pork. I was going to buy a large piece and chop it up but they had 3 small pieces. They're all about 800g and about £2 each, ideal for a roast for 2 of us and some leftovers. I got 2 packs of YS cod too so a very worthwhile trip all round. We had lunch late too but we never eat until about 7.30 p.m. anyway.
Corned beef hash for dinner tonight. It's all prepped. I had a tin of lean corned beef so with the sauce it's 2.5 syns each.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk, raspberries (S)
L- LO veggie pasta bake (S,F)
D- corned beef hash (P,F,S) with cauli, broccoli, greens (S)
Syns- corned beef 1.5, horseradish 11 -

maman - I've no idea what a thick oyster sauce is either but that's what is listed on the Planner when I looked! The one I use is a dressing type one so Free.
Extra syns this evening which I hadn't planned but still within a day's syns. Glad I'm only weighing for my own benefit this week as suspect I'm still going to be outside target range.
Still not received the letter from Head Office which was supposed to be sent out at the weekend for us to see what groups are available for us to transfer to; also supposed to be getting a call, a text or an emails from the area manager! No doubt it will arrive when I'm away in the Motorhome. Away for long weekend from Thursday.0 -
More Farmfoods ham bubbs? 🤔Looks delicious. 😋
Like you, I looked up oyster sauce denise. There are heaps of free ones and then that unbranded 5 syn one. Very curious. I'm glad my Waitrose one is listed as free. 😊
I think you're going to have a great weekend. Forecast is excellent. 🌞😎 Pretty typical of SW to be so inefficient. It seems like ages since your consultant said she was giving up.1
