Maman I can sabotage myself......not sure what has got into me recently. I think it’s all the uncertainty about work and wondering if the early retirement through ill health will go through ok. Plus I suppose I’m still coming to terms with the last surgery I had. I can plan my day they it just goes out of the window as I seem to constantly graze...at least most of the things I graze on are lowish syns - but they add up. I can be led astray too....but that’s not happening atm. Just myself to blame I’m afraid. I’m not beating myself up - at least I’m having some on plan meals and days. I’ll get there again.January spends - £587.580

I'm sure you'll get there milann. It does help me to have SW friendly things available if I want to graze. I always have a packet of ham in the fridge and when I made the turkey burgers I made some little ones with the extra mixture. They were good eaten cold too.
I went to Home Bargains earlier. I'd hoped to stock up on beetroot but they only had 1 jar! Lots of empty shelves. Not sure how much is Brexit or coronavirus. 🤔 Where do you buy beetroot bubbs?
I got the calorie cutting email from SW. Not very helpful really. Is that the best they can do for support in lockdown? ☹️1 -
I got the email too and thought 'what a load of rubbish' - a complete and utter waste of time.
I went to get some beetroot out of my cupboard at lunchtime and discovered we'd run out! Obviously didn't put it on my shopping list at the time like I usually do - it's on the list now for next week when I go shopping again; hope I can get some as I really missed it with my salad so ended up with just pickled onions and some chutney!
I like to keep some Syn Free stuff in the fridge too; not got much at the moment as didn't stock up with going away for the weekend. Only things I've got at the moment is some ham and some grapes! Still it's better than nothing. Haven't even got any salad stuff left as finished that at lunchtime. Will definitely need to stock up again next week. Will be shopping on Monday instead of Tuesday as only bought what was absolutely necessary when I went yesterday.
