Coxy - Are you synning the feta?  You don't seem to have HEA2 so you could have 45g as your 2nd HEA choice, unless you need it for milk in drinks; otherwise that would be 6 syns.  Also the avocado - I know SW say 14 for a whole one but it would have to be huge to be that many syns as it's actually 30g for 2 syns - without the weight of the skin and stone.  Don't know if that makes it better or worse than the  8 syns you've estimated!

That was a good Magic Bag you got from M&S.  I've given up with To Good to Go because it was only ever from Costa and it's 15 miles each way so really not worth it!

Going over to see DD1 this evening and she's just text to say that her partner (the chef!) is making profiteroles for us!  Definitely going to be way over syns for this week, especially as we've already ordered fish and chips for tomorrow night's dinner!!!!

Will have to be extra good next week.

That's a good plan about the feta denise. Would estimate about 30g of diced avocado in the pot. Lots of quinoa, broad beans, lentils, green beans and cucumber. Was delicious and a bit of a treat. Would have cost £4.50 just for that alone, so a definite bargain. I too have Costa come up a lot - we have one in MrT and it's only a 5 minute walk though.
Enjoy the profiteroles later - my favourite!

    Afternoon all,

its Friday at work for me today, very happy indeed. Just finalising plans for the next few days, I don’t like waking up on a day off or a holiday without a plan of action. Back into walking mode we did a lovely 4.5 last night and those hills are getting easier! May well do the same route tonight but by myself to see if I can shave a bit off the time.

    Breakfast – granola milk

Lunch same as yesterday chicken salad

Dinner – silly I know but chicken salad…… however there will be a baked potato and the chicken is coronation which is not slimming world friendly so it is being synned. A friend gave me a lovely tub of homemade so I couldn’t turn it down!

id love to use to good to go but there is never anything available in my area!

Well done on your pound for yesterday klew (just caught up).👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

According to syns online salad is 12 syns coxy but I suppose you could lose a few for the HEA feta 😊

That's a massive journey ruby but I expect you'll be pleased to get a new laptop. Good for you on the exercise. Variety is good.

Wow! You really do get through masses of eggs bubbs. I suppose I get through about 12 a week but the it's only me that eats them. 🤔

Hope you enjoy your visit to DD and the profiteroles denise. I'm thinking your birthday is tomorrow so it's good to have a treat. We've been out for a good walk. Loads of people were out sitting in the sunshine having coffee and picnics. I said to DH how much I'd enjoyed my fish & chips the other week. I hope you enjoy yours every bit as much. 😋

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), HEB toast, HEA milk, fried eggs (P), mushrooms and tomatoes (S)
L- LO cottage pie and veg (P,S,F)
D- gammon (P), mini roasts (F), cauli steak, green medley (asparagus, mange tout, broccoli) , huge mushroom (S)
    Syns- 0

Oh dear bubbs. So pleased you're OK. Just realised the awful pun. 😉

Some drivers are just so selfish and arrogant. The rest of us have to drive safely so they can show off taking stupid risks. ☹️

You're right maman it is my birthday tomorrow, hence the fish and chips!  I don't actually eat the batter so it's only really chips to syn but the profiteroles tonight will be huge with plenty of cream and chocolate!  He doesn't make dainty ones, LOL!

I didn't see the pun either until maman mentioned it so had to go back and read your post again!  At least the chocolate reindeer were within syns!
