No car back as it failed the quality checks & needs more work. No idea when it may be ready now.
My car is covered under a fleet insurance.
All I want is a similar small automatic to drive meantime.

milann the cake probably wasn't as bad as you think - most of the bar cakes are around 6.5-7.5 each but definitely couldn't find a Daim cake bar although there was a frozen one with crunchy caramel and that was 11 syns.  Agree with you about Morrisons not pin boning the salmon but I don't mind doing that as I've got the proper tweezers.  They were worth buying as DH used to do quite a bit of sea fishing so often needed to be able to pin bone fish.  He doesn't do sea fishing any more but still fishes in lakes but only in the summer as he's a fair weather fisherman now!

bubbs that egg wrap must have been really difficult to eat - as well as messy - with baked beans inside🤣🤣🤣.  Strawberry tart looked good again, especially with the thick yoghurt on top.

beanie that's horrible not having your car back yet.  Hopefully it won't be too much longer.

Morning all, weather not looking too bad.  Looks like ideal weather for drying the washing!  Blue skies, light cloud and a bit of wind, but not as strong as yesterday, which DH is glad about as he's playing golf this afternoon.

    Today's plan:

    B - baked oats; mixed frozen fruit; yoghurt - HEB; S; F
    L - LO frittata; coleslaw; chips & beans - P; S; F; 0.5
    D - mushroom stroganoff; rice - HEA2; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - Primula Light
    HEB - oats
    Syns - LTL mayo 0.5

Keeping syns low for damage limitation but might have another couple this evening if I decide to have a couple of squares of dark chocolate!

    Have a good day everyone.

Morning all!  Well done on the promotion klew!  Hope you can get the car situation sorted soon beanie.

Enjoyed another long weekend break despite my arm still hurting from the second jab - all sorted now though with a nice bruise to show for it!  Star week arrived yesterday so still feeling a little sorry for myself and haven't bothered weighing this morning as the bloating is back with a vengeance.  We also received a massive box of treats from Betty's tea room courtesy of my parents for Easter - a huge hand painted chocolate egg which is too pretty to eat (but it will get eaten at some point) plus 3 boxes of fat rascals 😳  Luckily they freeze really well so we'll be eating them for weeks / months to come!

Not feeling too hungry this morning so had a couple of boiled eggs with toast, lunch is going to be some lentil soup and dinner is a pork udon noodle stir fry with pak choi.  Hope you're all staying safe and looking forward to more spring days ahead!

Those eggs are really orange bubbs.  Not seen any like that for a long time, although the chefs on TV always seem to have eggs with yolks like that!
