Morning all, lovely morning today. Decided to get the bedding washed so that's in the machine at the moment and will get it out onto the line shortly. It's really bright with a bit of wind so hopefully won't take too long to dry.
Today's plan:
B - fry up with sausages - S; F; 2
L - frittata, salad - will add bacon, rosemary and red onion sausages, mushrooms, peppers, onions & spinach - P; S; F
D - beef in black bean sauce; rice - P; S; F; 0.5
S - Ryvita; Primula Light - if I want something this evening but not sure?
HEA - milk
HEA2 - Primula Light?
HEB - Ryvita?
Syns - sausages 2; black bean sauce 0.5
Have a good weekend everyone.

Morning all
I have my bedding on the line too, it was laready washed to hang out yesterday but weather was terrible, so it's out now
I shot out of bed at what i was thought 8.45 this morning as need to go out soon but it was only 6.45 when i got in the living room, so i got back in bed again 🤣 didn't really sleep but rested my knee as it is really protesting at the minute 😥
Restrictions being lifted Monday means i can meet my friend at the company shop, so we are going Weds as she won't be able to get there for months without going on a massive detour as the road is going to be shut for 6 months! i have a boot full of stuff for her i have picked up since we last met so needed to see her to get my boot back 😂 also with it being the end of the month, hopefully will be some good bargains 😁

Morning everyone,
Bright and breezy here. DHs birthday - lots of alcohol gifts, so he is a happy chappy. He is going to collect the food for tonight's meal shortly as I'm still to dry my (long) hair. Didn't do food shop yesterday so might go later. Did get to the tip though - very therapeutic getting shot of the garden waste x 20 sacks!
Food yesterday was whatever I fancied, so must be more focussed today.
B - WM toast, 2 tsp jam - HEXB/1 syn
L - Leek and potato soup - 2.5
D - 3 course birthday meal - no idea of syns(!)
Syns - lots including wine
Have a great day everyone.

Happy birthday MrCoxy. Enjoy the syns today and damage limitation for the rest of the week.
I definitely won't be weighing in this week as expecting a big gain as it's my birthday this week and we're going to have F&C and I'm definitely not weighing out 100g of chips this time like the like time we had it. Won't eat the batter though as I just don't like it. Unfortunately it's my birthday the day before what would be WI day!

Enjoy your meal coxy. SW can wait until tomorrow. 😉
I put bedding out too but they decided to light a bonfire next door so brought it back in! I'm not complaining as it's more or less a one off. Developers are doing up the house and they are burning garden rubbish. We've got people coming to do some work in our garden in a week or so and they said they will shred most of it but will burn some too. I suppose it's because it's expensive for businesses to dispose of waste. It's no wonder we have an increase in fly tipping.
I'm going to boil a piece of gammon this afternoon. I'll slice it for a meal in the week and the freezer but I really just want the stock for some lentil soup. I did try ham stock cubes but it wasn't the same. I seem to be going a bit mad on ham and bacon today but it happens sometimes.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), bacon, fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA1 milk
L- veggie stir fry (S) with noodles (F)
D- gammon steak (P), SW chips (F), HEA2 garlic mushrooms, tomato, green veg (S)
Syns- chilli sauce 1, weekend wine😋

Morning all, up at my normal time this morning but didn't think my watch had updated because I hadn't synced it but turned out it had so I really did lose that hour last night! Not as bright this morning so glad I got the washing done yesterday; will do more tomorrow when it's supposed to be a bit warmer.
Not much in the Super 6 I'd use so won't bother braving my local one! I'd only really use the carrots & potatoes and possibly cucumber, although not sure how much salad I'm going to have in my menu plan next month!
DH is smoking most of a side of salmon this morning so will be quite a few portions going into the freezer once I've vacuum packed them. Hadn't planned for smoked salmon this week but think I'll rejig the plan to include it for lunch in a day or two!
Today's plan:
B - fry up - bacon, egg, mushrooms, beans - P; S; F (have run out of tomatoes!)
L - ham salad sandwich - HEB; P; S; 0.5
D - toad in the hole, roast potatoes, roast veg, green veg - P; S; F; 4
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - LTL mayo 0.5; sausages 2; yorkie mix 2
Have a good day everyone.0
