If it's a good non stick frying pan beanie then you probably don't need oil at all. Maybe if you feel you do need some oil then use real oil and syn it - you'd probably only need 1/4 tsp and then use a piece of kitchen roll to smear it round the pan and it would only be 0.5 syn. The trouble is the longer you use Frylight the worse it will get, which is why I decided when I bought my new pans I wasn't going to use it.

Morning all. It's looking quite bright this morning but very windy. Have put a machine load on the line but just hoping it doesn't get blown off - will need to keep an eye on it!
Quiet weekend for us although DH needs to take his glasses back to the opticians which he picked up yesterday and they seem to be a bit tight behind his ears but that shouldn't take long.
Today's plan:
B - fry up - bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomato, beans - P; S; F
L - ham salad wrap - HEB; P; S
D - vegetable and chickpea curry, rice - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - wrap
Syns - no idea but maybe a couple of rum & ginger beer
Have a good day and keep safe everyone.

Morning all 🤗
Had a quick catch up, Happy Belated Birthday Maman 🎂🎉.
Denise when you come to Norfolk where are you going? If you pass Thickthorn services in Norwich give us a wave 👋🏻 😀. Also where do you get goat meat from? Like to give it a go if it’s cheaper that lamb.
WI lost a lb, happy with that as still not eating properly. Have had time to sit in staff room this week even though still had to cover a lunch duty. I used to eat a proper lunch before all this but now 2 babybels and a cereal bar is enough it’s evening that are my down fall 🥴
Booked for our jab on Wednesday so having morning off as at different times but in same place (15 miles away 😤). Our local surgery were offering no shows to school staff but news papers got hold of it 😤 I emailed to get one but told they weren’t doing it any more as got told off !!. Next day they rang offering me a jab 😤 but still going with hubby 🥰. We are in different age groups too 🤷🏼♀️.
Still struggling with work, in Y2 all day but doing admin for my usual class as well as zooming with 1-1 in afternoon, teacher always forgets and asks me to do play duty at same time 🤷🏼♀️🥴. Exhausted and in more pain than usual as lots of walking round school 🥴
Our Diezel is home where he belongs, in our glass cabinet 💞🐾💔Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Hi TIE. Well done of the lb loss, it's not easy especially when life is so exhausting and it sounds like yours is; in fact it sounds horrendous to me!
When we go to Norfolk we're going to Downham Market. It's a little 5 van site with 2 fishing lakes and miles from anywhere. We went there a couple of years ago and DH really enjoyed the fishing. It's one of those places you wouldn't want to be without transport of some sort so, as we usually do when we holiday in UK, we'll be taking a scooter to get around on. No idea if we'll be passing the services but will give you a wave if we do!
I bought the goat meat online from a company called Chestnut Meats. It's not the cheapest meat! I paid £10.99 per kilo for 3" diced, on the bone, goat meat. If you have it cut smaller or have it cut and boneless it is more expensive. Delivery is quite expensive though unless you spend £150! I spent nearly £65 including delivery of just over £8! It comes by DPD 24 hour delivery and comes with cool packs in it to keep the meat chilled. I also ordered a couple of ox cheeks (they make really good stew!) and the ice packs had partly frozen them but as I was going to freeze them anyway it didn't matter. We haven't eaten the curry yet but have frozen 8 portions (4 meals).
Glad to hear you're getting your jab soon. We had ours just over a month ago but haven't got a date for our 2nd one yet but it should be end April/beginning of May.

Hi everyone,
Blowing a hoolie here so put two loads on the line. Unfortunately we now have sporadic rain showers, so most is in the TD and some on the airer. I'm about to tackle the ironing which now includes school shirts againthat's one thing I hadn't missed during lockdown.
Well done on the loss TIE and sorry that your work is so challenging.
Food today:
B - puffed wheat, skimmed milk - HEXB/HEXA1
L - poached egg, spinach, mushrooms - P, S
D - kedgeree - P
Snacks - 2 x hot cross buns have passed my lips today - so naughty but so lovely and doughy. Will repair the damage as the week goes on. Will also have an apple, satsumas and grapes.
Syns - lord knows
Have a good day all,
Coxy

I actually managed to get my washing dry this morning. I got it in around lunchtime as the sky was looking a bit black! We didn't actually get the rain, well it was hailstones, until about half hour ago!

Weigh in today for me 1/2 lb on....I’m surprised it wasn’t more. I’d had a few really off plan days. I have been doing a lot of sorting out and have had to get rid of most of my t shirts and tops also quite a lot of trousers.....some of them not a year old. Anyway my friend is putting them to good use so I’m quite pleased about that. Since I had the surgery to my stomach in September I need to wear very high, soft waisted trousers which I’m having a bit of trouble finding and loose fitting tops to disguise the stoma bag I now have. It’s the 2nd one I’ve had and the last one was a lot lower and didn’t interfere with clothing as much as this new one. So it got to me a bit and all sorts of rubbish passed my lips - I thought what’s the point if I can’t wear what I want anyway. But that’s done now and i can look forward to filling my wardrobe with new clothes that I can wear - it is what it is - so onward and upwards or should I say downwards 😉I know I need to watch my weight for my health and I do think SW is the best option out there.
Today
breakfast - heb bread, bacon, tomato, mushroom and eggs
dinner - hea cheese, tomato, cucumber, ham 2 crackers 4 syns
tea - pulled pork 2 syns, broccoli, frilight roasted potatoes
snacks - hi fi bar 3 syns, satsuma, banana and apple
7 syns left if I want a small snicker or kitkat (5 syns)
January spends - £587.581 -
Well done on getting a loss tie and I'm pleased you're at least having a short break and snacky lunch every day. I keep hearing about people getting two offers for their vaccine. A distant mass centre seems to come first and then a GP call comes later. I think it's because GPs can't be sure what supplies they're going to get so have to act last minute. 🤔
That's excellent that you can find a good home for the clothes that don't fit any more milann. It should be so much easier for you to find suitable trousers when the shops open again. It's hard to tell online how soft or loose a fit will be without having them in your hand. That half pound is minimal in the scheme of things. Hope you have a good week coming up. 😊
Back to healthy eating today although I do have some crisps left. I'm going to eat them gradually over the next few days so that by Thursday I can put yesterday's syn fest behind me and start a new week. The fish supper was delicious. I enjoyed every syn that passed my lips. 😋
Were having KFC as missed out yesterday! 😁
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), HEB toast, HEA1 milk, fried egg, bacon (P)
L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), pickles and spring onion (S)
D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), creamy cabbage with HEA2, broccoli, asparagus, mange tout, mushroom (S)
Syns- weekend wine😁1
