I was in Aldi today. I bought courgettes and spring onions from the Super 6. They had limes in my store and I bought mange tout. I'd have bought the potatoes too but didn't need any.Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0 -

I've never (knowingly) ate goat either. 🤔
It shouldn't be too difficult to do 2 lots of sausage tarts denise, they could all go in the same muffin tin. I've made mini quiche like that, lined some with ham others with sausage.1 -
Goat to me tastes how lamb used to taste when I was a kid some 60 years ago - much tastier than the lamb you get now!
We won't be eating too much goat as it's quite expensive and having to order online means delivery charges too unless you buy more than £150 worth of meat, which is why I said I'd need to run down my freezer before I order any more!
The biggest problem with doing 2 different sausage tarts is that there are too many sausages in each pack in the freezer - enough for both of us! So if I do them it will have to wait until I buy more sausages at the butchers and buy a couple extra for them!0 -

I see what you mean about the butcher's sausages. That's one good thing about LM, they stay separated in the box. 😊0 -

🤣🤣🤣 didn't intend that, didn't even see it until you put it!
Happy birthday maman 🎂🍷🍷🍷. Enjoy whatever treats you decide to have today.
Really heavy rain and very windy in the early hours when I got up for the loo but looking brighter at the moment. It's still very windy though. No plans to go out today although if the wind drops a bit we might go out for a walk this afternoon.
Today's plan:
B - eggs Benedict with mushroom (used SW website recipe) - have had to recook the mushrooms the recipe time is definitely far too short! The hollandaise is nice though so will use that with other things - P; S; F; 0.5
L - HM chicken liver pate with either toast or Ryvita - HEB; P; S; F
D -vegetable pilau with roasted butternut squash (which we should have had yesterday but I left it too late to put the squash in to roast and DH was complaining he was getting hungry! so we ended up with fish pie with butterbean and celeriac topping from the freezer with loads of green veg which we supposed to be having tonight) - S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - bread or Ryvita (not sure which yet)
Syns - LTL mayo 0.5; rum & ginger beers 5?
Have a good day and keep safe.

Forgot when I posted earlier - the curry was definitely still far too hot this morning and a little bit dry so have added some more tinned tomatoes and another courgette chopped up and cooking it again until the courgette is cooked. Hoping this will take some of the heat out of it, but not too much! Looking much better now, not so dry and definitely seems to have cooled it down a bit but we'll see once it's cooked. Can always add a bit more curry powder if it's too mild (but only a little bit this time!).
