Glad you enjoyed your birthday fish and chips maman; nothing worse than not enjoying your syns!
That's good that you've got a friend who can make use of the clothes you can't wear any more milann. My friend has a stoma and has the same problem. It's difficult finding the right style of trousers. I think it's often easier with tops as there are lots of floaty type ones, particularly in the summer. My friend tends to find something which is comfortable to wear and then buy several the same in different colours, if possible and if not stick to basic colours like black, navy, beige which can be worn with lots of different colours.

Also got the washing dry today.
It was lovely if cool.

Pleased that you enjoyed the fish supper Maman and had a nice birthday.
I’m looking forward to shopping and actually trying clothes on when the shops open so that’s an extra incentive to get rid of this last stone. For the first time in a long time I’m finishing a Saturday with a couple of syns going spare 😁😁😁😁😁 I’ve had my kitkat and am quite happy.
Was it Bubbs who made the sausage braskets with the egg in.... I’m guessing you’d need to cook the sausage a bit before adding the egg. Think I’m going to try them for breakfast tomorrowJanuary spends - £587.581 -
Not quite as good as you milann but for a change I had 0.5 syn left, ended the day on 14.5 syns! Very unusual for me too. Over the 3 days from Thursday to Saturday I am just under 45 syns so I'm pleased with that.
Another load of washing done and on the line. It's really bright and a bit windy so should dry quickly as long as the rain holds off.
Today's plan:
B - fry up - sausages, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F; 2
L - LO liver & bacon pate; Ryvita - HEB; P; S
D - roast beef dinner - beef, roasted potatoes and vegetables; yorkie; PSB; cabbage; peas - P; S; F; 2
HEA - milk
HEB - Ryvita
Syns - sausages 2; yorkie 2; not sure what else yet
Have a good day everyone.

I'm not even thinking about the syns I've had since Thursday. 🤣 I'm just going to treat the rest of the week as normal then reset from next WI day. Although I don't weigh at home, I still work on the same pattern and stick to plan. Hopefully all will come right and I'll be close to target weight whenever groups restart. Probably May? 🤔
Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk, raspberries (S)
L- mushroom omelette (P, S), pickles (S)
D- JO roast pork (P), SW roast potatoes, parsnips (F), lots of veg (S)
Syns - HM gravy 4, weekend wine 😁0 -
I think that's the right way to think of it maman. I suspect it won't be until June before be can go back to real life groups. I'm only planning on going once every 4-6 weeks and not every week. I've managed all the time we've been out of group to stay in target most of the time and when I've gone out got back into target quickly.

There’s talk of just going to weigh and zoom for support before groups open properly. Don’t think I’ll bother going just to be weighed. I can do that. I like the groups for the banter.
I didn’t do the sausage with eggs this morning as dh surprised me with a heb bacon egg and tomato butty in bed. So I’ll try it midweek on myself before I give it to dh.
Im going to see ds later (he’s in our bubble) and will eat whatever he’s cooking for Mother’s Day and recoup over the week.January spends - £587.580
