No haven't bubbs. We were due to go early April last year and of course got cancelled! Then it's been emergencies only ever since. I think this is the longest period I haven't been to dentist in my entire life - almost 18 months. Up until I changed to this dentist about 3 years ago I used to go every 4 months as my teeth are not very good. Last time I went was October 19 and that was an emergency as I had raging toothache and he just yanked the tooth out and didn't even try and save it which was annoying because it was near the front. Checked into getting an implant but they wanted £2,500 for just one tooth! Thanks, but no thanks - I do without.
It's stopped raining here now too and trying to brighten up but think it's going to take some time to dry out there. Hopefully it'll be dry when we have to go out early this afternoon.

Good luck at the dentist Denise - DH had 2.5 hours in the chair on Friday having a root canal. Urghh!
I ate chocolate yesterday and had wine. I clearly have no will power lol!
Did a 3.5k run this morning. Haven't eaten yet but food planned is:
B - Apple, satsumas, banana
L - 4 dark rye Ryvita, cottage cheese, salad leaves, tomatoes, pickles - HEXB
D - Cauldron sausages x 2, spaghetti, HM tomato based sauce - 2 syns
HEXA1 - milk
HEXA2 - mini babybel x 3
Snacks - probably more fruit!
Total syns planned - 2
Have a good day everyone,

I did ok yesterday - a small wine and small piece of cake. A roast chicken dinner which had fri lite roasties and I only had a tablespoon of gravy. I’m guesstimating about 25 syns which I’ll recoup over the week.
Today breakfast - mushroom and cottage cheese scrambled egg
dinner - jacket with salad and cottage cheese (need to use a tub before it goes out of date)
tea - chicken with fennel, onion, carrot, potato and broccoli
snacks - banana, pear, satsumas, apple and either a snicker or kitkat and maybe a bag of crisps - 10 syns....15 if I have a mini snicker and kitkat 😁
I’ve found Ive been getting a sickly headache and churning feeling if I go too long without food...so little and often is the way to go for me, I think 😁January spends - £587.581 -
Think I'd rather just have a tooth out than go through root canal treatment again! It's so painful! Sometimes I think it would be easier to have all my teeth out and have false ones!
My mum always used to say "they're a pain coming, they're pain going and they're a pain while you've got them!" - it's so true!

I hate my false tooth with a vengeance - I quite fancied an implant too but the price put me off 😳😳January spends - £587.581

Denise, when i went November time for a broken tooth, they look at you with a mask on (not you them) then he said this is where we look like aliens and put disposable suits on, big mask , like a gas mask and then a shield on top of that!!
That was my experience anyway, then as you are leaving they take it all off and all disposable stuff goes in a special binSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -
I'm expecting something like that to be honest bubbs. Also all the wiping down of chairs etc - no idea why they reckon that's going to take 20 minutes which is what they told me! I'll only be sitting on the most 2 chairs but probably only one as I'm suspect it will be straight into the dentist's room although I know I'll have to go through all the usual medical stuff on the iPad like what tablets I take and has there been any changes since last time!

It sounds as if many of us prefer to have a good weekend and fewer syns midweek. I suppose it depends whether you can manage without daily treats. It's suited me even better during lockdown as it stops every day from feeling the same. You seem to have averaged your syns well for the last few days denise. It's difficult to know if it makes a difference. 🤔
Visiting our dentist seems quite a simple experience by comparison! 😁 We have the cleaning down thing between appointments too . Our dentist is only up the road so we never go together anyway but it does seem daft to do all the cleaning between people in the same household. Dentist and nurse just wear a visor. We fill in the health forms and the Covid declaration online in advance. To be honest I prefer it as they stick to the appointments with no waiting around reading magazines that are years out of date!
The weather is good here, bright and dry so we'll get out for a walk this afternoon. Have you and DH got any 'holiday' plans bubbs?
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), HEB toast, HEA milk, fried eggs (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S)
L- cold meat (P), fried veg and pickles (S), possibly a potato or two (F)
D- baked salmon (P), mini roasts (F) , medley green veg, cauli, tomato (S)

Yes Maman , he is whizzing me away to somewhere exotic and hot 🤣🤣🤣 .........oh back to reality, i want a lovely day to clear the sheds out, he says (like he has for the last 2 yrs 😂) that he is going to take the swirly things out of the corner cupboard because they are useless and put some shelves in there🤔 we will wait and see.
Apart from that nothing exciting but he needs to use his holidays up, goes back then it's eater, then he has a week April, May and June i think he saidSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0
