    I used the recipe from the SW website (made with a can of Diet Coke) for our dinner tonight.  It was a nice flavour but a bit runny so I added some Xanthum Gum to thicken it a bit (used that because it's syn free unlike cornflour!).  I'll probably use the recipe again but not use the whole can of Coke - DH will have to drink it because I don't like it!  If we haven't got any DC in then I'll just use my old recipe.

    I have never tried it , but i have seen people say its runny and the comments are to simmer it ages without the lid on

    We had the last of the chilli tonight and just one Bolognese left in the freezer. Must do some batch cooking. I need to check which ingredients I need to buy first.

    I have 100 assorted creme eggs/galaxy eggs here have had for about a month :smile:

    If you use mustard powder, this is a good buy, will last well past sell by date. This is delivered price, i got mine today
