Hope you get a good loss Beanie🤞/
Forecast is only dry for today and tomorrow and then rain for the rest of the week so getting a machine load done today and then I'll do another tomorrow.
Over on syns over the weekend so a bit of damage limitation needed this week. Haven't worked out how much I need to cut back yet but will do that later but think I should still have a reasonable amount of syns every day from today until Wednesday so if I fancy some chocolate I can (have got some nice dark chocolate in the fridge which is only 1 syn per square and only usually have a couple at a time!).
Today's plan (Green Day!):
B - baked oats; frozen mixed fruit; pineapple; yoghurt - HEB1; S; F
L - LO red lentil dahl/rice - P; S; F; 2
D - cauliflower cheese; chips - HEA2; S; F; 4
S - Ryvita; brie - HEB2; 2 (if needed/wanted)
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB1 - oats
HEB2 - Ryvita
Syns - 12.5g brie 2; cheese sauce mix 4; coconut milk 2
Have a good day everyone and keep safe.

Good morning,
Glad the tarts turned out nice bubbs. Another little recipe for me to stash away, thank you.
Good luck beanie - hope you get the loss you want.
We had roast chicken yesterday. It was lovely and moist so I didn't have gravy but had some redcurrant jelly instead. Will count the same as redcurrant sauce unless anyone can tell me otherwise. I made a big pavlova base for pudding for the family, but nobody wanted it. Just need to add the cream, raspberries and white choc. I will resist!
Woke up feeling quite rough today - headache/nausea, so have only just managed some toast and jam.
Food today:
B - WM nimble toast, 2 tsps jam - HEXB, 1 syn
L - roasted veg medley - butternut squash, peppers, red onion, potato
D - pasta, parmesan, mixed salad - HEXA1, S
Snacks - apple, satsumas, Benefit bar 3 syns
HEXA2 - milk for tea/coffee
Total syns - 4
Have a good day everyone,

The strawberry tarts look delicious Bubbs.I had a good week last week and lost 1 1/2 lb when I weighed in on Saturday. Went a bit off plan on Saturday 18 syns for a piece of cheesecake and I had an ice cream too but over the week I can recoup the syns and loose at least another 1 1/2lb which will take me back to where I was a couple of weeks ago.
Today
breakfast - bacon and egg in a hea barmcake
dinner - sw chips, beans and egg
tea - jacket with spaghetti Bol and hea cheese
My heating is playing up, dh is working a long day and I have to wait in for carpet fitter so I need warming food to keep me warm as it’s blooming freezing here 😳 Apparently the boiler isn’t talking to the little thermostat. Dh has the knack to sort it......I don’t 😡January spends - £587.581 -
Morning all! Catching up on posts for the last few days - those tarts look amazing bubbs!
Weighed in this morning and it's another 2lbs on - which is really confusing me as clothes feel looser 🤔 I'm going to assume that all the exercise is starting to pay off and will just ignore the scales for a bit because I don't want to get disheartened. Got myself back into morning workouts so will be going for a walk after work this evening too, as every little bit helps. Breakfast was FF greek yogurt with mango and a HEB of granola. Lunch will be leftover cottage pie from yesterday which has mixed veg already in it and dinner is a carbonara with salad on the side.

Morning all,
Weigh in meant I lost 2 pounds, got my 3 stone award and hit the target I originally set myself when I first started. This was just a number on the scales that I chose when I started the app. So very happy! I have now set my next target 1 stone 12 pounds away. I really want to lose another 2 stone by august taking it to 5 stone but I will just quietly continue what I am doing and see how I get on.
Following the freezer chat its just a 50/50 here but I mainly use it to stock meat etc and a couple bags of frozen veg in case we get bad weather and I cant get out to the shop, I restock this October November time and I start using it all if it has been used towards the end of march.
I have managed to eat a packet of empire biscuits this weekend, whoops – they were lovely though.
Yesterday we managed to do a 8.5 mile walk which was really nice and a stop for a refreshment halfway so didn’t feel like a full on walk. Last night I had chipolatas to use up from the freezer and had with red cabbage, mashed turnip and a baked potato was very nice. Comforting food.
This week im trying to up my steps from 12500 a day to 15000, im thinking today that wont happen but you never know, Monday is turning into a bit of a rest day if there is a big walk on a Sunday.
On the menu this week is ham (farmfoods!!) salad for lunches and tonight is either sticky chicken or sweet and sour chicken with chilli later on in the week.

Well done on your losses klew and milann. It's great to see the pounds falling away. 😁
You know if you stick to plan you'll get a loss eventually ruby. Because SW is set up for weekly WI and meetings then we expect a weekly result. But we know it doesn't always work out like that. Well done for not letting it derail you. 😊
Most redcurrant jelly seems to be 2 syns per tbsp coxy. The meringue base for pavlova isn't that synful if you really fancied some. On the rare occasions that I offer puddings I do a deconstructed Eton Mess. It's 2.5 for a nest or 1 syn for a mini meringue (50p size piece) then I have mine with fruit and FF Greek yogurt.
It's horrible when the heating plays up milann. Our boiler packed up on Christmas Eve!! Fortunately a lovely man came out and fixed it. Hot, comfort food is definitely called for but have some fruit if you can to up the day's Speed.
I haven't worked out how many syns are left for the next 3 days but I know I'm OK. I tend to plan my weekday menu to be virtually syn free and I don't think I need any this week.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), HEB toast, HEA milk, fried egg (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S)
L- cold meat (P), fried potato (F), LO veg and pickles (S)
D- baked haddock (P), mini roast potatoes (F), cauli steak, carrots, mushroom, tomato, tenderstem broccoli (S)
Syns- 03 -
Well done klew and Milann on your losses. Ruby I suspect that where you are exercising you are building muscle and toning up which is a great NSV even if the scales don't show lower numbers. You're right to ignore the numbers as you are obviously feeling better in yourself.
I've had to edit my menu plan twice now with forgotten syns! The LO lentil dahl we had for lunch had some coconut milk in it so that was 2 syns. Also forgot the cheese sauce mix which is another 4 syns! So today's total so far is 8 syns. Far more than I would normally use on a weekday!
Still need to check how many syns I've got left to last until Wednesday but hopefully should have enough as didn't go over by many at the weekend as stuck to spirits rather than wine!

Thankks Maman
I forgot to put snacks on my plan for the day which has included fruit. I always eat a lot of fruit and sometimes wonder if it’s too much. And I’ll put salad on the side of the jacket with Bol which is full of speed veg.
snacks - kitkat 5 1/2 syns. Satsumas, pears and apple. Ff yoghurt with cherries and raspberries and teaspoon of maple syrup 1/2 syn
6 syn total. The heating suddenly kicked in about dinner time.....it a law unto itself 😲😲
If I get desperate for something crunchy I’ll have either 2 crackers with cottage cheese, pickled onions and cucumber or a bag of crisps - both 5 syns.....but I’m trying not to as I went over at weekend and want to recoup.January spends - £587.582
