That's good milann, especially the salad with the jacket potato. I don't think I'd want to go back to having Bolognese with just tomato and onion in it. I love it packed with veg. I don't eat much fruit personally but that's mainly because I have huge meals and rarely want a snack. I suppose there is more sugar in fruit than most vegetables but if you stick mainly to the Speed fruit you're having  rather than too many things like  grapes then you should be fine. My first consultant didn't eat any vegetables. She said she'd been traumatised by being made to eat them as a child??  Instead she'd eat a punnet of strawberries before most meals. It worked for her but I don't think I'd want to do that.

At least it wasn't a gain beanie so could have been worse.  I'm sure it will be a loss next week if you stick to plan.

Have had a count up and still have 27 syns to last until Wednesday so not bad at all; it's a bit better than I thought it would be - that figure is on top of the 8 for today!

Don't think I'd want to be eating a punnet of strawberries before my dinner either maman.  I think if I didn't eat any veg then I'd at least eat the fruit afterwards rather than before and make sure 1/3 of the plate had nothing on it so as to still stick to the 1/3 Speed!

I'm sure you'll see a result soon beanie. Just don't let it put you off. 😊

I think she ate the strawberries first to take the edge off and stop herself eating too much free food instead denise. I wouldn't like it either though. I love my veg.... except sprouts! 🤣

maman I love all veg too except okra, yuk!  Slimy stuff once cooked.

Enjoy your strawberry tart bubbs.  If I can find some nice looking strawberries when I go shopping I think I'm going to give them ago.

Sorry to hear that beanie - so frustrating. I bet you'll have a good loss next week.
I ate lunch really late - roasted butternut, red and yellow peppers and red onions. Just seasoned it with S&P - was really tasty. Didn't do potatoes in the end. Some left for tomorrow.

That does sound tasty coxy. Roasted veg is good in a pasta salad. If you want to 'wet' it a bit just add some tomato puree and a tiny splash of water or mayo if you want to use syns.

I'm putting gammon steak on the menu bubbs. I'm sure yours was delicious when you found it under the heap of vegetables. 🤣
