Go onto the app; click on Planner then the + sign. Click on Food and you'll see the bar code reader next to the search box. Hover your phone over the barcode on whatever you want to know the syns of and it'll come up if it's in the database, otherwise you'll need to use the syns estimator!

Yes, the bar code scanner is on the App rather than the website. The food search (as they call the list of syns) is easy to find on the App. IIRC, on the website you go to the menu in the top left of the screen to find it. I have it saved on my desktop as a shortcut so don't go through it every time.
I emailed SW to ask where the list of HEXs was on the new website. Eventually I got a reply with a politicians' answer. They told me that the site was wonderful and exciting but didn't answer the question. ☹️1 -
Just finished dinner - the chicken, leek & mushroom bake. Instead of the planned broccoli I decided to use up the Chinese leaf that was left and did my take on braised lettuce, spring onions & peas.
The bake was nice but could have done with something up the flavour a bit as it was a bit bland. I didn't put the cheese on the top in the end (wasn't in the recipe but was going to add it). Think it might actually have helped with the flavour a bit! May try and remember to do that next time I make it. I'm also going to add extra garlic and mustard powder and probably some grated ginger as well - I'm sure it would help with the flavour.
I'm like you maman as I have a shortcut on my laptop for the Planner, another for the website and I've also got another for the blog! The blog has some good stuff on it sometimes.

Evening allWell now we are virtual I weighed myself at home and stayed the same again. After all the booze at new year I can't really complain at that. Also I think my scales weigh a pound heavier than the ones at group but I'm going to take the weight as given, if I'm right its an extra 1lb loss on returning to group.Didn't have any breakfast when I got in from work today as I wanted to go straight to bed as I had to get up at 12 to go to the GP for a smear. Got up went the came home and went straight back to bed ready for tonight's night shift. So didn't eat until I got up at 5pm, I made up for it though with a 4 egg ham and pepper omelette, beans, mushrooms and toast. I have another chicken salad for dinner in work later on, I've also got some cherry tomatoes and celery to pick at if I feel peckish later.Someone asked on our slimming world Facebook group about freezing membership however apparently if you can't/don't want to do zoom then the consultant will ring you once a week for support and if you don't have scales to weigh yourself you will be put down as maintaining for the duration of the lockdown. That's how they are justifying not freezing memberships:AWhatever it is - I didn't do it!:A1

I must try the lettuce dish when I have spare leaves denise. It's something I rarely buy. I always have spring onions and tomatoes and peppers as I can eat them raw or cooked but never thought about lettuce before.
Sounds like you're rewriting the SW recipe! 🤣 Not surprised as they do tend to be bland or watery. I try things from time to time but usually get on better with adapted 'real' recipes.
I felt hungry earlier. I think it's the weather. 😉 I had 3 of the water biscuits with some cottage cheese, a chunk of ham and the tiniest scrape of mustard. Less than 2 syns so not worried. My first full week won't start until Thursday.
DH has one mince pie left. 😁2 -
Jax, our consultant has not posted on our FB page for weeks 🙄 i am not sure if she is ill though, i might jump on zoom tomorrow if i remember .I have half roasted BNS left, what could i do with it? Could you scrape it out of the skin and mash it, perhaps with lots of black pepper and then use it just like you would mash? Perhaps with a cooked chicken breast and green veg. Or make it into patties and reheat by dry frying.
Have you got the freezer space that you could turn it into more soup for a later date?

No i don't have room for soup, but what if i scoop it out mash and freeze could squeeze that in, or would it go all watery do you think?Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0
